Chapter 1

"I'll see you all in the next video!" I said and then turned my camera off. I got the memory card from it and uploaded the files to my computer so I could edit them later. While they were uploading I went to the kitchen to make myself some food. Oh damn, I really need to clean. My phone started to ring just as I was about put the ingredients in the pan. I saw it was my best friend, Max, and picked up. "Heya!" I said as I placed my phone between my shoulder and my ear. "Hello hello, how are you?" Max said and I placed the ingredients in the pan. "I'm good! What about you?"

"Just the normal," He laughed. "But I had a question." I grabbed my phone from my shoulder as I just could hold it now while cooking. "Shoot!"

"Do you have time tonight to do some gaming together? It's been a while since we did a gaming night.." He said. Now that I think of it, it has been a while indeed. "Yeah, I'm in! I was planning on streaming tonight, but maybe we can combine it?" I asked him. "Yeah sure! What time?"

"Uhm, I'm making dinner at the moment, but I'll text you once I'm done and then we can play the whole night." We laughed and he agreed. "Okay, then I'll talk to you laterrr." He hung up and I placed my phone on the counter.

Once I was done cooking I sat myself at the dinner table, posting a picture from my plate on my Instagram story with the text Guess who didn't burn their food👀🎉 and started to eat it while checking my socials. There were a bunch of pictures and clips posted on new games that will come out in a few months. That will be a lot of content that I can make once they come out. I really need to take a look at my schedule again to see which series on my channel are nearly finished and if I can upload new stuff on those times. My phone beeped and I saw that Dilara had send me a text.

From Dilara 6.27pm:
Glad that you and Max will be gaming tonight. He's been whining for a few days.

I can totally picture this! Poor girl.. I laughed and shook my head. Max can be a little drama queen from time to time.

To Dilara 6.28pm:
I can totally picture this hahaha. I'll make sure that he'll get so tired of gaming that he's sound asleep for a couple of days😝

Grabbing my plate I walked back to the kitchen, putting it in the dishwasher. I cleaned the counter up after putting everything in the dishwasher and grabbed myself a glass of cold water. Pfff, I should drink more water.. While drinking my water I looked out over the square that was connected to my apartment building. I've only lived here for half a year, but the city really grew on me.

Okay, now let's get some serious business done. I put my glass in the sink and grabbed my phone from the dinner table. I was about to text Max when I received another text from Dilara.

From Dilara 6.33pm:
If you succeed at that then you'll be my hero!

Laughing, I texted Max that I was ready. I went into my little studio and sat myself at my desk. Max was already calling me on discord so I quickly joined the conversation. "Hello hello hello!" I said and started up Twitch in the meantime. "Hayyy!" Max said loudly and I laughed. This boy always greets me in the weirdest ways. "I'm setting up the stream already and I'll do a countdown for like 10 minutes so we can catch up for a little." Max hummed and I grabbed my phone, posting a countdown on my story and starting the countdown on the livestream.

"So, [Y/N/N], what have you been up to?" Max asked while joining your party on the gameconsole and ingame ofcourse. "I've been pretty much been grinding on work. Got a lot of videos already set up ready to upload. Which is nice as I can finally take a little bit more time off. Other than that I've just been chilling." I answered and made sure everything was ready to go for the livestream. "Cool cool cool."

"What about you? How are you and Dilara doing?" I asked and leaned back in my chair, checking the timer in the corner of my left eye. 4 minutes to go. "Good! We've been chilling for the most part when I'm not training and we really got into cooking actually, trying out some new recipes and such." He said and I nodded, then facepalmed myself as he ofcourse couldn't see that.

"Nice! Sent me some of the recipes if they're good!" I said and I heard Max hum. "You ready to start?" I asked and readied up in the game, Max doing the same as well and then I switched my camera on.

"Hello peeps! We're live and playing Call of Duty with Maxieboy today!"
