Hey everyone! I know that it has been a ridiculously long time since I last updated, but hey, I was in the mood to write and I have had sections of this series done for a while. I finally made myself keep working on them, and here is the first one that I have finished!
The series is going to be the couples of the seven meeting each other's mortal parents for the first time. They are all AUs, so there are no gods and no powers. Here is Annabeth meeting Sally and Paul for the first time!

Sally Blofis
"I can't believe he has a girlfriend," Sally said, pacing in the kitchen.
"I know," Paul said patiently, watching his wife.
"He's been at college for two years and has never mentioned being interested in someone," she grabbed a towel and started wiping down the already pristine counters. "What do you think she's like?"
"Just like five minutes ago," he told her," I don't know."
"Sorry," Sally offered her husband an apologetic smile.
A knock sounded on the door.
"They're here!" Sally exclaimed, rushing to the door.
She flung it open and wrapped her son in her arms.
"Hi, mom," Percy said, placing a kiss on her forehead.
"I missed you," Sally told him, placing a hand on his cheek.
"I missed you too," he stepped away and gestured to the person next to him.
"This is Annabeth," he said, introducing the pretty blonde.
Sally smiled warmly at her and wrapped her in an embrace.
"It's nice to meet you, Annabeth," she told her.
"Thank you, Mrs-" Sally cut her off.
"None of that," she said," call me Sally, and this is my husband Paul."
"Hi," Paul greeted her.
"Thank you for letting me spend Christmas with you," Annabeth told them.
"I'm glad you were able to come," Sally said," come on in."
She ushered the couple into the apartment and closed the door.
Percy and Annabeth removed their coats, and hung them near the door.
"Percy, why don't you go put your stuff in your room," Sally told him," and I'll show Annabeth to the guest room."
"Sure," Percy said.
He gave Annabeth's hand a quick squeeze, then left for his room.
"This way," Sally showed Annabeth through the apartment.
She opened a door at the end of the hall.
"This is where you can stay," Sally told her.
Annabeth glanced around the bright room.
"Thank you," Annabeth said.
"Do you need any help unpacking?" Sally asked eagerly, hoping to spend some time with her son's girlfriend.
"I think I've got it," Annabeth said," but the company would be nice."
"You're a darling," Sally told her, sitting on the edge of the bed.
Annabeth began unpacking her bag, folding each item neatly, and placing it in a draw.
"So how long have you known Percy," Sally asked her.
"We were in a class together our first semester," Annabeth explained," we really got on each other's nerves, and honestly I was excited for the class to end just so I didn't have be around him. Well then in our second semester, not only did we have a class together, but we also got paired up for an assignment. Turns out we work really well together. We became best friends and eventually I got tired of waiting for him to ask me out, so I did it. We've been dating now for a month."
Sally smiled at the girl's story.
A knock sounded on the door.
"Hey," Percy said, sticking his head into the room.
"Hi," Annabeth greeted, smiling.
Percy took that as an invitation and made his way over to her bed. He sat next to his mom, giving her a quick kiss on the cheek.
Annabeth smiled warmly at her boyfriend, and he returned it.
He held his hand out to her, and she took it and sat on his lap.
"How's it going?" he asked, resting his chin on Annabeth's shoulder
"Good," she replied. "I was just telling your mom about how we met."
"Did you tell her that you had a huge crush on me?" he teased.
"No, because that would be lying," she admonished him. "However, I do remember you telling me something about love-at first sight."
"Sounds about right," he said before pressing a kiss to her check.
Annabeth blushed at his honesty, but smiled wildly at her boyfriend.
"Dinner's ready!" a voice called from the kitchen.
Sally watched with a smile on her face as Percy wrapped arms around her waist and carried her out of the room, Annabeth's laughter filling the apartment.
They sat around the table. Percy looked hungrily at the food piled in the center of the table.
Paul began serving, and the rest shortly followed.
"So Annabeth," Sally began," what are you studying?"
"Architecture," Annabeth answered proudly.
"That sounds wonderful!" Sally exclaimed.
"I love it," Annabeth replied serving herself some mashed potatoes. "My dream is to create something that will last forever. Something permanent."
"That's a beautiful dream," Sally smiled sweetly at the girl.
Percy reached for his girlfriend's hand, and squeezed slightly.
"So tell us about yourself, Annabeth," Paul questioned.
Annabeth's eyes flickered to Percy before she responded.
"Well, I was born in Virginia, but my family was pretty messed up," she told them," I ran away from home when I was seven. I've been basically on my own since then."
"Oh, honey," Sally exclaimed, reaching out to squeeze her hand. "Well you are always welcome here. Our family might be a little crazy and, well not normal, but we are a family."
Annabeth wiped a tear from her eye as Sally talked.
"Thank you, Sally," she told the older woman.
"Think nothing of it," Sally responded. "Now you two better hurry up and eat, Tyson and Nico should be home soon. With those two in the house there will be no food left!"
------------------------
So here is the first part! This is the only part that I have actually finished, but I have parts of all of the others done, so we'll see how long it takes to get them published. I'm pretty decent at coming up with ideas, but following through is where I tend to struggle.
I hoped you like this, and that I manage to get the others out soon!
