Red light, Gold Light

(Malak pov)

"hey... Y/ do you mind doing the next portal by your self?" Doug asked the woman next to him.

"Huh? what?! why?!" Y/n said looking at him slightly angry.

"its just... that girl in the last portal she reminded me of my daughter..."

"oh... ok i'll deal with them myself then, but you got to do one on your own got that?" Y/n smiled.

"yeah, loud and clear." he smiled back making me angry, sending her in alone as i glared at him and went to the Deadly statue's Mansion to watch her and see what about her was causing me to feel this way.

(y/n pov)

i got the teleportation skill then left to teleport over the spikes that were holding me back from entering. i was in front of a lovely fountain. i kept walking everything was to fancy for my taste. "hey Doug can you speak to me over there as well as Bierce?" i chuckled as i kept walking.

"no he can not speak to you there, love but he can see everything through your eyes on his tablet" she told me as i approached some gates i opened them and saw some thing written on the wall 'Lebera Tutemet' "Safe your self from hell... huh." i quietly said passing it. into the next section

"i wonder who does the landscaping here, very impressive..." Bierce said and i rolled my eyes.

_time skip_

i sighed as the gates to the maze closed behind me. i heard foot steps as i looked behind me and a gold statue had it's non-existent eyes on me i turned around and went into the manor and saw the ring piece but there was something off here... like there was someone else watching me... i shook my head and kept walking. i felt something touch my hand and i turned around, a Gold watcher right behind me with their axe close to my face. i walked back keeping my eyes on it before turning and running and found a room where they wouldn't go in. i ran my hand through my (h/l) hair

(Malak pov)

i watched as the woman walked through the golden halls seemingly fitting in with the gold interior she was gathering the first few soul shards when one of my Gold watchers was about to hit her in the head and i touched her hand before disappearing the woman turned around and looked at it making it freeze  and then ran. i sighed softly  as she hid in a room i couldn't get in. what about her made me want to save her, but i felt glad and looked at my hand and smiled before teleporting back to my Palace

i quickly grabbed the ring piece and ran around the maze towards the portal before something grabbed my arm which was a gold watcher i looked at them scared stopping their arm from using it's Axe to cut me in half. i managed to teleport away and run into the portal.

"Y/n, You OK? that was close!" Doug said as i panted.

"Y-yeah... thanks Doug." i smiled panting as the next portal opened. "thats your's Doug..." i said as i sat down at the top of the stairs after giving him the backpack

"Got it Y/n." he chuckled as went close ot the portal.

"stay safe Doug, don't disappointing me or your daughter." i told him as he went in.

"Y/n... do not trust Bierce..." Malak whispered to me.

"and why should i trust you? you're a demon!" i whisper shouted putting my tablet down next to me.

"and i know you killed your partner. i'll offer you a deal my lady, stop helping Bierce, and stay away from that... Man, you can stay with me when your judgement day comes..."

"stay with you? Yeah, how about you stay away from me and doug!" i told him with a glare.

"...fine i'll show you what happens if you defy me..." he growl begore the eye shut and i sat back down to look at the tablet.
