Lord Luciferous walks around the grand hall, checking that everything is as it should be for the crowning ceremony. Every demon of notable worth was attending it and he had to make sure that it would go smoothly. While he orders one of his underlings to check the setting of the throne, a spritely man walks towards him.
Luciferous turns to him expectantly when he hears him approach. "Is everything going as planned Hak Kun?"
"Yes, Lord Luciferous," he replies, "I left the note as you instructed. She is quite an astute young woman, but she had no idea where it came from. She was curious to know more and as you anticipated, she did indeed speak to her mother who told her everything about that night you went to their home. I don't think Ji Min knows you are his father, but the rest of them do. I'm sure they will plan something soon, but I will do the necessary before they do anything."
"Good. The girl will also need to be brought here to complete the ceremony," Luciferous replies, somewhat distracted. "And what about the locket? Do you think they both know?" he asks.
Hak Kun shakes his head, "No, Master, I don't think so. Rumi obviously knows the locket came from her Mum, but I don't think she knows about Ji Min's one".
"You've done well so far, and now you know what to do. Don't use the lake portal anymore, that's become compromised. Use the other secret entrance and make sure there are no hiccups. This coronation will proceed no matter what," Lord Luciferous orders.
Hak Kun leaves as quickly and as quietly as he came in, leaving Lord Luciferous wondering whether, finally, he will be reunited with his son.
