"What do you think of Sebastian?" Nia asks actually nervous. She valued Lauryn's opinion more than anyone she knew.

"I think he's good for you, and most importantly he's good to you. Unless he gives you a reason, don't let this one go Nia."

"Stop apologizing for being who you are. You are a wonderful woman and I will never look at you different."

"I never thought it was possible for a man to be so beautiful on the inside as well as the outside and that's what you are Sebastian."

Nia's attention was turned towards the loud fireworks in the sky and she watched in amazement as different colored sparks danced across the New York skyline. "Wow Seb...look at that sky..."

"Beautiful right?" He said pulling Nia close, leaving their faces only centimeters apart. Without another moment to spare, Nia immediately crashed her lips onto Sebastian's which completely took him by surprise. Sebastian began smiling into the kiss as their lips moved in sync with one another...

"Celeste, Chris is such a good man and of course googling him on the internet won't do him any justice...he speaks so highly of you, and that man adores you, I really think that the photo was an honest mistake..."

"Wow Nia...you're really siding with this asshole? You know if Sebastian did that shit to you, there's not a doubt in my mind you would be losing yourself..." Celeste says.

"Okay, and you're right I most definitely am siding with Chris, but only because text messaging is so vague...he probably didn't even get to give you the whole story because he'd been so overwhelmed..."

"You're unbelievable Nia...I don't even know why I decided to take advice from you anyway, you let your ex-husband beat you for three years, what the hell do you know!?"

"Nia...This is not what it looks like..." Sebastian said causing Nia to finally come back to planet earth.

"Who are you?" Nia asks the woman completely ignoring Sebastian.

"My name is Margarita Levieva...Seb and I used to date..." she said holding a hand out for Nia to shake. Nia couldn't believe that the girl actually had the nerve to offer her friendship after she'd been caught with Sebastian.

"From the looks of it, the two of you never stopped dating...looks like I was wrong about Sebastian, and I only have myself to blame for that." Nia said trying to stop more tears from spilling from her eyes.

"Nia...I just read your messages...what happened honey?" Nia had absolutely no words for the man.

"Nia sweetheart...please say something..."

"Don't 'sweetheart' me...you know I'm almost sure I no longer have a best friend as of today...I didn't think I'd be single too..."
