"What should we do first," I asked Leto.
"Aren't you forgetting something Leila..?"
"No..?"
"About our scheduled chat," she hinted, eyebrows raised.
"Doesn't ring a bell," I shrugged. She groaned at that, flopping down onto the pale lemon leather coach nearest her.
"Leila! We had a deal," she pouted.
"Fine," I grinned. "What would you like to know then." She just raised her brows once more, giving me that look as she determinedly stared me down. Giving up, I threw my hands up. "Fine! Where do you want me to start," I said as I flopped down next to her, just missing her.
She narrowed her eyes at that while I just grinned back. "The beginning. Obviously."
I think she may be upset with me I thought. I guess I had better just tell her and get it over with. I told her everything about what happened with my mates, starting from the theater. By the time I was done her face was scrunched up in disgust and her hands were balled up at her sides as she anxiously tapped her foot.
"I can't believe that your mate marked you without asking in a public bathroom! I'm going to kick him so hard that his dangly bits into unusable even for decoration! They'll be inverted! What kind of person does that, can't control themselves," she cried as she yanked at her hair in frustration.
My eyes widened a bit at that. Leto's temper was like a summer storm; it was brutal even if it never lasted long. "Come on Leto," I coaxed, attempting to calm her down. "Why don't we binge watch some TV and self-indulge a bit?"
She sighed, sitting down next to me once more. "Fine. If I ever see any of your mates though..."
"I know Leto...thanks for having my back," I said.
"Always."
