💜Beautiful - Todoroki

This was written from years ago but I still love this oneshot very much, so here you go~ this is also very short compared to my other oneshots but I still love it dearly, and I'm very proud of the outcome

This was originally going to be in third person, but I figured second would make it more personal💕

Todoroki's eyes fluttered open as the faint sound of cars driving by and birds chirping could be heard from the window in the bedroom of yours and Todoroki's shared apartment. He raised his hands to rub the sleepiness out of his eyes, letting his eyes adjust to the bit of morning sunlight seeping in through the halfway opened window. The white curtains danced softly with the light, crisp breeze of the morning.

Turning his head, he could see you laying on your left side. Your figure was outlined by the sun's golden rays as if the sun was putting a spotlight on you.

Todoroki swore he was looking at an angel.

Moving from laying on his back to his left side, like you, he continued to admire such a graceful human being he was sharing a bed with.

His gaze eventually flicked from the back of your head down to the place where your neck and back met. He slowly reached his hand out and dragged his fingers down your spine with feather-like lightness - leaving tiny goosebumps in their path. He could sense you take a deep breath in and out, but besides that, you showed no other signs that you were waking from your slumber.

As his hand reached your hips, he pushed himself up with his other arm's elbow. He sat up slightly as he used his hand not on your hip to move your (h/c) hair that laid scattered on your cheek to behind your ear. His lips ghosted over your cheek for a few seconds before slowly moving his lips down to delicately place a kiss on your sun-lit, rosy cheeks. Todoroki could hear a soft 'mmm' escape your lips as he moved to rest his head back down on the plump pillow.

His eyes watched his hand as it moved up from your hips to your waist. He moved forward once more to place a loving kiss upon your shoulder before wrapping his arms around your frame and tightly squeezing your body out of love. He shimmied his body up until his chest was pressed against your back, leaving no air in between you and him, and he let out a sigh of relaxation.

Hearing a light sigh come from your slightly parted lips, he kissed the top of your head before resting his chin atop your head and falling back into a peaceful unconsciousness - cuddling with you, the love of his life, in his arms.
