I felt a hand pull me into Midas' office. When I looked up I saw Midas smiling at me. He had me pinned against the wall.
"Hello darling," he said.
He leaned in and kissed me. His hands traveled down my body and locked onto my hips. My hands traced up his torso and onto his cheeks. One kiss turned into many until we were making out. My heart was beating fast and I could feel my body heat rising. After a few minutes he pulled away panting.
" Hopefully you didn't mind that dear," he said smirking.
"Oh not at all."
I kissed his cheek and left the room still smiling. I walked down to the break room and saw Skye playing video games with Mewoscles. I decided to not bother them since they both looked "busy". I grabbed a chip bag and walked back to my room. On the way back I saw Maya walking towards Midas' office. She opened the door and walked in. I didn't think much of it until I heard the conversation.
"How can we trust her? How do we know she's not just here for you Midas, or that she works for Shadow? I don't trust her one bit."
"Maya please calm down. She has my complete trust and that's all that matters."
"But-.." Maya was cut off.
I could hear footsteps get closer to the door. I quickly walked around the corner. I peered around to see Maya storming out of his office.
"I guess someone is a bit salty cause I got their man," I thought.

It was starting to get late and the sun was setting. Once again it was a beautiful sunset and I was admiring it from the dock. I could hear footsteps approaching me. Before I could turn to see who it was I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist.
"Admiring the sunset?"
I turned my head around to see Midas.
"Yes. It's very pretty this evening," I said smiling.
"Not as pretty as you dear."
We both stood there watching the sunset, his arms still wrapped around me. I could feel his lips pressing against the back of my neck as he slowly and lightly kissed it. I closed my eyes and relaxed. I felt sparks all around us. Midas stopped kissing my neck.
"I think we should go back inside beautiful."
I turned to look at him. God he was handsome. I stoop on my tip toes and kissed his soft lips. Then we walked inside. He escorted me to my room. He gave me a kiss on the forehead and walked away.
