*One Week Later*

Xavier's POV

I hold Ariana's hand as we wait for Aunt Clary to draw the portal to Idris. My dads are staying here, they want to make sure nothing bad happens around here.

My father comes up to me. "X, you be careful, alright?" His blue eyes shine with worry.

"Of course, Father." I say with pride.

I always thought I was going to be like my dads. I grew up planning to have a man as my lover, prepared for that. Well, until I met Taylor aka Ariana. I told my dads, they didn't care that I liked girls, they wanted me to be happy and myself. My Father never got that from his dad.

Father turns to Ari. "Take good care of yourself, and make sure this one," Father points at me with his thumb, "Stays out of trouble."

Ari smiled and nodded.

Alec's POV

It's hard to watch Xavier walk through the portal away from Magnus and I. I love him, but I agreed with Magnus to stay.

Mr. Porter is staying as well, but he let Lily go, as long as Jon take good care of her, there won't be a problem.

Aline's POV

I hear the knock at the door. Helen and Alex are playing together in the living room.

I open the door to see the New York Institute members.

I wave and invite them in. Helen is carrying our small three year old in her arms.

"Helen!" Clary yells and runs over to my wife. "Hello little guy."

I smile at them. Jace and I hug each other. "Long time no see."

"Yeah." I say back.

"This is my son Jonathan." Jace says pushing a sixteen year old boy. He had Jace's gold hair and Clary's emerald eyes.

"Hello Jonathan , I think we will get alone very well."
