The next morning was awkward. You always caught Zenitsu glancing over at you and Inosuke, clinging onto Tanjiro as if he was scared of us.

And ever since last night Inosuke refused to let go, he had to have some sort of physical contact with you, so he kept holding onto you, it was adorable!

On your way back to the corps you crossed paths with a town, that seemed to be looking very busy, since all the shops were crowded and such you all decided to take a peek.

Inosuke held onto you the back of your robe tightly because he got slightly nervous with how many people were around. You begin to get curious so you tap on a young woman's shoulder.

"Excuse me? We're all curious, were demon slayers that just so happen to be passing by we're just wondering what everyone's so excited about." You smile.

"60 years ago our town was found! So we are celebrating, it's birthday!" She smiles.

"Oh how wonderful! Congratulations you all!" You beam.

"Demon slayers you say? Oh how wonderful! You should stay for tonight! We're holding a big big festival for everyone! It would be an honor is you all would be willing to participate." She bows.

You turn over to the group and smile, they all seem to nod in a sure why not manner, so you turn around and say,

"Oh how wonderful!" The woman smiles.

"Let's all wear something cute! I'll buy the Yukatas and Kimonos!" Mitsuri squeals.

"Mitsuri! You don't have to!" You exclaim.

"Oh no no I insist besides, you all earn a little treat for defeating one of the 12 demon moons!" Mitsuri exclaims.

"Ah..if you insist.." you nod.

"Yaaay!!!" Mitsuri squeals.

"Let's go let's go!! I'll buy you all the cutest ones!!" She yells.

"(Y/n) what's a festival?" Inosuke asks.

"It's a big party for everyone in the town! You'll love it, it has tons of food, and games, and tons of pretty things!" You smile.

Inosuke looks a bit puzzled.

"Hey! It could be a date!" You beam.

He squeezes your hand at the thought, and his face turns pink.

"D-date! Yeah!!" Inosuke exclaims.

"Yeah!! Let's go pick what we should wear shall we?" You beam.
