The air started turning chilly as a small snow storm started to head in the direction of Titan's tower. Starfire went to the rooftop with a strange uneasy feeling in her stomach. She couldn't pin point what was bothering her but she knew something wasn't right.

Bumblebee was downstairs on a conference call with Titan's East. She had the communicator camera cleverly placed to avoid seeing her from the neck down, because seven months was really starting to show on her body. Her lower back and pelvis started to ache whenever she stood so she had to stifle a grunt when she got up to grab a report. Cyborg sat on the bed, watching her work at the desk. She was such a trooper in his eyes. He could see the physical strain that the pregnancy was taking on her but also the evolution. Bumblebee noticed her powers were gaining strength as each month passed so it was plausible that their son might have powers as well. Bumblebee was also craving strange foods that could only rival Starfire's appetite.

Bee hung up the communicator and huffed out the exhaustion on her lungs. She got up from the chair slowly, finding her balance as she rose to full height. She waddled over to the bed and laid back down next to Cyborg. He sat there, looking down at her face. Her lips were a little swollen and her cheeks were a little fuller. Everything was swelling from her feet to her chest. Bee had been having a hard time catching her breath lately because of their boy pushing up on her lungs. He watched her lay there, trying to catch her breath. He lifted her shirt to expose her belly and held his hand there, feeling the baby's heartbeat with his ultrasonic sensors. He closed his eyes happily, enjoying the sensation. Just as they were enjoying the moment, the alarms went off.

Everyone ran to the control room to find Nightwing watching the screen. Everyone except Robin.

"Plasmus is breaking into the city water sanitation system. We need to go now! Where's Robin!?" Nightwing yelled as he scanned the room.

"I haven't seen him since he went to bed last night." Beastboy shrugged.

"His room was empty when I went by." Raven muttered.

"Strange..." Nightwing thought out loud, "I'll talk to him later, this is an emergency. Bee keep an eye on the tower if he comes back. Titans, roll out!" Nightwing spoke as everyone but Bee left for the crime alert. She sat back down on the sofa with a small Braxton Hicks contraction, pulling at her bump. She laid back catching her breath from running out to the control room with Cyborg and clicked on the city surveillance footage to watch their fight.

Starfire arrived at the scene first and shot star bolts at the gooey monster but no luck. Plasmus was inching his way toward the pool containing the city's clean water supply. Raven arrived and contained the monster with a force field sphere, immediately putting the battle on pause before the monster shattered her sphere, splashing goo all over Raven.

"Agghhh! Yuck!" Raven mumbled as Beastboy helped her up. She phased the goo off of her, feeing her skin tingle. "Don't get hit! Something's not right!" Raven shouted to the team as Beastboy sprayed him with water as an elephant. Nightwing hit him with explosive darts while Cyborg shot his sonic cannon. Plasmus slung his arm at the team, missing everyone but elephant Beastboy. He hit the floor as human and shook the goo off as a dog. He coughed the purple gel out of his lungs and stumbled to his feet. His lungs burned as he tried to catch his breath. Meanwhile, Raven has had enough. Her shortened temper let her rage go and her red eyes form. Tentacles came out from her cloak and she burned the plastic goo away from his human form with a black fire erupting from her hands. Her teammates stood back and observed as Raven's powers took on a new level of sinister. She formed the cement from the floor into a box around Plasmus and encased the body before he could turn back. Once contained, she returned to normal and fell to the floor.

Beastboy ran and helped her up. Her vision was spotty but she got to her feet. The flames took a new level of energy that her body wasn't ready for. Beastboy propped Raven up from under her arm to help her walk. Nightwing sent the two home to shower and disinfect while the others waited for the police. Beastboy flew Raven home as a Pterodactyl but they were in for a surprise when they got there. Beastboy flew into the shattered window of the control room seeing a cd labeled "play me" in marker on the disc. He popped it into the computer below and saw a single photo in the cd's folder. He opened the jpeg to reveal a photo of Slade holding Bumblebee's arms behind her back and tape across her face. The horror set in as Beastboy called the team over the communicator about the emergency.
