After searching through the endless supply of spell books, Beastboy found a bookmarked spell that was the repulsion of demonic presence. The bookmark was a note card that simply read "look into this for our future". Beastboy was confused as he read through the spell thoroughly. 'Why would Raven be researching this?' He asked himself. As he got down to the bottom, the reversal was a simple candle and chant so he showed it to Cyborg.

Bumblebee was half asleep as Beastboy and Cyborg barged in with excitement. "Bee, we need you to take Winston and leave!" Beastboy said with excitement as he clutched the candle in his hands. Groggily, she got up without a question and grabbed sleepy Winston to go to the kitchen without a word. Beastboy placed a small black tea candle on Raven's forehead and lit it with a match. Cyborg and Beastboy held hands overtop of her bed from both sides and began to chant. After a couple of rounds through the excerpt, Beastboy's hope was dwindling as fast as the candle wick. Suddenly the candle went out and Raven moaned weakly. Beastboy plucked the burnt out candle from Raven's forehead and watched intensely as her eyelids flickered for a second before snapping shut.

"The light...hurts..." her monotone voice croaked through her dry lips and Beastboy began to cry tears of relief. She slowly opened her eyes and looked around the room. "Who are you?" Raven asked Beastboy as his heart dropped.

Cyborg had paged the team the update as he gave Raven and Beastboy some alone time. He found Bee and Winston in the kitchen and began to cook her the most amazing waffle breakfast, fully enjoying this new role called fatherhood.

Nightwing sat up carefully with groan and a sore back. He reached back to feel a tenderness under the scar to remind him he wasn't invincible and noticed a green eyed alien studying him. "Are you the O. K.?" Starfire asked concerned.

"Yeah yeah, my back is just a little sore lately..." Nightwing trailed off to turn to Starfire and confront her with a kiss. The kiss led to two and before they knew it, Nightwing was on top of her. He pulled up for a second to breath and realized he needed to slow down. "You are... incredible..." he whispered breathlessly before sitting back and giving Starfire space to sit up. She giggled before reaching forward to kiss him again.

Raven put her pulsing head in her hands as memories were starting to flood back to her brain. "Ugh" she shivered, "Beastboy?" She mumbled.

"Yes! That's me!!" Beastboy squeaked with relief.

"It's slowly coming back to me...we fought Plasmus...The street corner...you didn't answer" the last three words hit with a tone of sadness that made Beastboy shiver.

"I-Im sorry I scared you!" Beastboy whispered as he sat on the edge of her bed. He brushed her violet hair from her sticky forehead.

"It's okay Gar..." she mumbled weakly. "Can we get food?" She asked which sparked a huge grin from Beastboy. Raven couldn't walk so Beastboy carried her to the kitchen with Cyborg and Bee. She sat there in a grey sweat suit from the hospital wing and watched as Beastboy prepared the most delicious vegetarian lo-mein. Raven ate until her stomach ached and then Beastboy carried her to the bathroom to shower. He sat her down on a stool in the bathroom and helped her out of the sweat suit with ease. Raven quickly realized he must've been the one to do this while she was unconscious. "How long was I out?" She asked, terrified of the answer.

"A little over two months" Beastboy stated darkly as the shock of the situation hit Raven like a ton of bricks.

"Bee?" Raven panted out the name feeling a panic rise in her chest.

"Had a beautiful son named Winston a couple of days ago!" Beastboy said cheerfully. Raven let out a huge sigh of relief as he turned the faucet. The warm water felt amazing on her skin to where she closed her eyes to let Beastboy do all the work. Once done, he dried her off with a towel and helped her into a cozy white bathrobe and carried her to her room. He tucked her into bed and laid with her, watching her fall back asleep on his chest. For the first time in a long time, everything felt right.

Nightwing came out to the kitchen to see Cyborg feeding Winston in a high chair and Bunblebee making some of Raven's tea for when she wakes up. Nightwing grabbed an apple and sat in the living room to read the newspaper until Robin was back. Robin had asked Nightwing to train with him today, which they hadn't had time for in a couple weeks.

After about a half hour, Robin returned from his mischief and was ready to train. Robin had asked Nightwing to lift with him since he really needed a spotter today.

Raven woke up from her nap on Beastboy's chest feeling very content. Beastboy was watching her wake up, smiling with every intent on savoring this moment. "Why are you looking at me like that?" Raven said with a yawn.

"Two months...Rae, two months is a long time." Beastboy shrugged off her curiosity with a severity she wasn't ready for.

"How...how were you doing?" Raven asked, scared of the answer.

"I was scared until we started having to talk about the possibility of you not waking up..." Beastboy stopped to think about how to phase what he was about to say. "I realized that I didn't want to keep going without you." Beastboy stated with a flat voice that shook Raven to the core.

"I'm so sorry..." mumbled Raven, lost in thought.

"Don't be!" Beastboy spoke up, lightening the mood. "This just means I can't go on pretending I don't love you!" He said with a smirk. Raven sat, wide-eyed, taking in what he said for the first time.

"I-I love you t-too!" Raven blurred out before she could think about it and immediately threw her hands over her mouth. Beastboy sat up quickly and stared her down in his arms with the biggest smile right before kissing her forehead. Raven responded by pulling him into a nice long kiss. Beastboy lightly bit her lips with a fang as he laid her down into the bed. Straddling her, Beastboy began to let his instincts guide him on where to kiss next as Raven slipped her sweatshirt off. The two struggled to keep themselves apart as they pulled off the rest of their clothes. Suddenly, Raven found herself staring up at Beastboy nodding that she was ready. Beastboy bent down and kissed Raven as he gently pushed himself inside her. As their kissing got more intense, so did Beastboy's hips. Raven let out a quiet moan as a jar shattered across the room without them noticing. They continued on throughout the afternoon.
