THIRD PERSON POV

"Give me time to think, Jeongin." She finally speaks up.

"Think about if you truly want to try?" He sniffs.

"Yes, I need to think." She replies to him.

He pulls away from her a little and smashes his lips onto hers, giving her a long kiss that he's been wanting to give her for a while. He pulls away and wipes away his tears, a bright smile forming on his face.

He was so ecstatic that Y/N was even considering to think about it. He knew he was going to convince her to say yes, he was going to do everything in his power to show her that it'll really work out again.

"I'll give you all the time you want." He says to her.

He wipes the tears off of Y/N's face and kisses her again but more passionately, then lets go of her. He smiles again at her, looking brighter than ever. His heart finally felt excited again, after long painful weeks of being away from Y/N. She smiles back at him, feeling the same way.

"Can you promise me one thing?" She asks him.

"Of course, what is it?" He replies.

"Please stop talking to Haeyoung completely." She requests.

"I'll block her on everything, I promise." He nods.

She felt relieved hearing that he promised to stop talking to Haeyoung. She yawns and Jeongin laughs.

"Go take a nap, I'll stop bothering you now." He smiles.

"Okay.." she stretches her arms out, yawning again.

"I'll see you later." He says and leaves her room.

He goes back downstairs with a huge smile on his face, sitting on the sofa with his hyungs. They notice how happy he looks and they all break out into a smile, feeling relieved for both Jeongin and Y/N.

"How'd it go?" Jihoon asks the happy boy.

"We made up.. she's thinking of trying again with me..." he boasts.

"See? Told you it was worth a shot!" Lee Chan smiles at him, happy.

"But.. do you think she'll say yes? To trying again?" Jeongin suddenly doubts himself.

"Show her you love her with everything you have, and I guarantee you she'll want to be with you again." Jeonghan explains to him.

"How do I do that?" He asks his hyungs.

"Wake her up everyday, try your hardest to make her smile with corny jokes, flirt with her, eat with her, bring her food, rest your head on her shoulder!" Lee Chan suggests.

"Just show her that you care, basically." Jihoon gives me a smile.

"Soonyoung hyung.. I'm sorry I disappointed you." Jeongin frowns.

Soonyoung chuckles. "I'm just glad you realized your wrong doings. I support you and my sister all the way, I know you guys can do it."

"You aren't mad at me?" Jeongin asks him.

"I was at first, but I only realized that everyone makes mistakes. I know you really do love her, and I know she loves you too." Soonyoung responds to him.

Jeongin breaks out into another smile, happy. He was 100% positive that Y/N was going to say yes to him, he just needed to give her his all. He was totally confident.

He instantly blocked Haeyoung on everything he was friends with her on, feeling a bit accomplished. All that was left was to make Y/N say yes.

late afternoon

Y/N gets woken up by Jeongin; he was poking her on her cheeks until she woke up. When he realized that she woke up, he smiled instantly at her and ruffles her hair.

"You're finally awake! Come eat dinner with us," he says to her happily.

She nods and gets out of bed. They go downstairs together, sitting next to each other at the dinner table. Jeongin was absolutely filled with joy, things felt like they were getting better.

"Why're you so happy?" Y/N asks him, giggling.

"Because I get to sit next to you and eat with you!" He exclaims while blushing.

"Cute," she chuckles.

"Keep it to yourselves! You're making me feel single," Soonyoung breathes out in frustration.

"Because you ARE single, stupid," Lee Chan snorts.

"Don't rub it in my face" Soonyoung whines.

"They're making me feel single too, not going to lie," Jihoon admits.

"Of course they are, you've been lonely all your life because of your height-"

"I'll beat your ass."
