8. What I have Dreamt of

I have dreamt of the sand along with the sea
There were huge waves for everyone to see
And as the waves come by the seashore,
I wish you were there but I cannot be so sure

I have dreamt of the night along with the stars
It was such a beauty, I could tell even by far
The stars shined like the glimmering hope I had in my eyes
That someday your heart would melt just like an ice

I have dreamt of a seed along with a tree
It's like how my love grew; my heart melted in glee
And as the seed grows just like a tree,
I wish your love would grow fonder for me

I have dreamt of the clouds along with the rain
The rain danced and danced along with my pain
There was a moment of sadness, I could tell
By how my heart broke the moment I fell

I have dreamt of you having fun with me
And I wish I wouldn't wake up to face reality
In reality where I can never be happy
For my happiness existed in my dreams only
