The last memories flashed before my eyes.

Wala akong ginawa kundi tumingala sa aking paligid.

Everything feels different.

Hindi ko namalayang kanina pa tumutulo ang mga luha ko sa pisngi, I realize that I was in a hospital pero hindi ako nagsalita o tumayo man lang para magtanong sa labas kung bakit ako nandito o nasaan sila Mommy.

I'm in a private room, no one was around but there were flowers on the side of my bed. May mga sulat pa ngang nakalagay at balloons.

What I only remember was, having my flight to go back home.

And me calling someone Hermoso at the airport.

Nasa airport kami noon nila Mommy at Daddy pauwing Pilipinas after four years of staying in abroad. But how did I end up here in the hospital? I tried to think and it only made my headache worser as it was from the beginning.

I held my head and couldn't stop myself from feeling the pain in my head. Biglang bumukas ang pintuan at nakita ko si mommy. "Anak! Anton, gising na si Aria!" Nakita kong papasok si Mommy at agad akong niyakap. "Ma, ano po bang nangyayari?" Hindi ko mapigilan ang sariling magtanong, I'm so damn desperate to remember everything or even something!

May doctor na at nurse na pumasok kasama ang ama kong nag-aalala sa akin. I did everything they told me to do and let them check me up.

"Aria, ano ang pakiramdam mo?" Ani ng doctor sa harap ko matapos nila akong machek-up ng nurse. My parents were there on the other side of my bed, Mommy was sitting while Dad was standing beside her, comforting her.

Kumunot ang noo ko, "Wala po akong maalala, my head is hurting." I said honestly and the faces of my parents proved that something serious happened to me.

"Mommy," Sabay ko tingin sa kanya, "May nangyari po bang masama sa akin?" Litong-lito ako at naghintay sa paliwanag nila.

"Anak, Aria. You had an accident." Mommy began to cry, worry was plastered on her face.

Accident?

Plane accident ba ang nangyari sa akin? Sa amin? Pero kung ganoon ay dapat may konting galos man lang sana sila o ano gaya ko but they look well but stressed and worried.

"Don't force yourself, Aria. It may trigger a part of your brain to retrieve the memories you have lost." The doctor explained.

The memories you have lost.

"You had a brain injury because of the accident, Aria." Dad held my hand and I saw the worry in his eyes.
