Reunited and it feels so good

littlemixesbae wanted Jade Thirlwall x Reader shot. And if anyone has seen that interview where Perrie's best friend sends a video and then walks out, well, Y/n does that. Will be short. Hope you like it, enjoy!

The singers' made their way over to the couch and sat down, ready for the interview and to talk about their new album. The host smiled as she walked in, walking up to them and giving hugs. As she sat, she was handed a microphone and the camera guy gave her a thumbs up.

"Little Mix, oh my God, my dream interview! Hello ladies, how are you? It's such an honor to meet you lovelies and have you sitting in front of me!" The girls' gush and coo over the host.

"It's great to be here and thank you for having us! We're doing fantabulous! Our album just dropped and people are loving it."

"Right right! LM5, which you said your fans titled for you?"

"They've been calling it that for awhile and when better way to honor them because really, we wouldn't be here without them." They talk about the album a bit more, which songs were the easiest and the hardest to write. And how amazing that Leigh-Anne and Jade were now official songwriters.

"Now Jade, when we spoke last year, you told us of your friend that you had lost contact with years ago. You said she was from New York and moved to South Shields for her mum's work and then had to move to Ireland, I think you said?"

"Yea, Y/n Y/l/n. We met when we were both 10 and became fast friends. She was my mate until she had to move again and I was devastated. She actually helped me figure myself out and was really the first one I told when I realized I was gay. It also maybe was because I had a crush on her, but yea. Aww, I wonder how she's doin'." The host pulls out a phone and smiles.

"Well, thanks to your Irish Mixers, they managed to track her down and we have a video for you." Jade sits up, surprised and takes the phone from her hands, watching as the video plays.

"She's gorgeous!" Perrie gasps, Jade nodding as she watches the video.

"Hey Jadey! I can't believe it's been 12 years since we last seen each other. I miss you so much and I'm still nervous, but I just wanna tell you how proud I am of you and I always knew you were destined for greatness. Like, who else can say they personally knew someone who climbed Mount Kilimanjaro?" The girls laugh, and Jade shakes her head, wiping the fallen tear. "I'm sorry I can't be there tonight, but I hope I can be really soon. Girls, please take care of my best friend, even though we haven't talked in years. I love you Jadey, my sweet Jasmine princess." The video stops and Jade has to stop herself from bawling.

"Awe baba! That was so sweet!"

"Sweet Jasmine princess? There has to be a story behind that?" Jesy says, the girls laughing as Jade blushes and hides her face in her hands.

Nobody knows the door opens until the host asks Jade something and her head pops up, then screaming when Y/n's standing behind the host.  Jade flies out of her seat, throwing herself at Y/n as the two hug tightly, both crying as they hold each other and rock back and forth. "It's you.." Jade whispers as she pulls back, cupping Y/n's face as she stares at her. Then something that surprises them all, Jade pulls Y/n in for a kiss, that causes the three other bandmates to erupt in cheers.

Y/ n pulls back as she laughs. They separate and then Y/n gets to hug the other girls, giving them tight hugs and whispering her thanks to them. "Sit, please." Y/n sits by the host, Jade holding her hand tightly, not even thinking about ever letting go again.

"Surprised?" The host asks, Jade laughing and nodding.

"Very, thank you so much." The singer replies.

"I have a question. Sweet Jasmine Princess?" Jade blushes as Y/n lets out a laugh.

"You know she had an obsession with Jasmine, so I started calling her that to tease, but it became an affectionate name. She'll always be my sweet Jasmine princess to me." The girls coo over her and soon the interview is over. Y/n is pulled away by Jade, but quickly gets pulled into a kiss instead. Which she definitely doesn't mind. They both see a flash and open their eyes to see Perrie, Jesy and Leigh-Anne taking pictures.

"I assume we can post these?" Perrie asks and Jade looks at Y/n.

"Well, since you kissed me and that interview is going up on YouTube, I don't see why not. Besides, this'll tell people she's mine and I never ever intend of letting her go again. Jade blushes and hides her face against Y/n shoulder, holding her best friend tighter and happy to be reunited with her long time crush. And yes, Jade knows they're gonna have to have the talk, but as long as she doesn't lose contact with Y/n again, whatever happens she'll be alright with.

Fyi, two years later they get married and live happyily ever after!
