The blonde haired singer looked at her watch, letting out a sigh. She knew if she was too early if would cause her nerves to overreact. But, she was way too early. At least an hour too early, and what sucked was everyone in the restaurant thought she was stood up. She kept getting these pitty looks that caused her to send embarassed smiles or tell them she'd be there soon. However, that caused them to think she had high hopes.
But, when the time came, Lea walked into the restaurant with a smile on her lips. Y/n stood as the waiter brought her over, both women bracing before sitting down. "So, how early were you?" Lea asked, already knowing how Perrie was.
"An hour." The blonde gave an shy smile, while the brunette woman shook her head.
"Perrie, you could've called me."
"I didn't want to disturb you."
"And I told you I was getting off at five today. You could've called me earlier." Perrie waved her hand, giving Lea a smile.
"It's in the past now, lets enjoy our time before or if you get a call to leave."
"Sad part of a detective's work, always on call. But they know I have a date tonight, so hopefully they'll call only when they really need me." Both women chuckle, giving the waiter their drink orders before looking at the menu in front of them. "But, I hope you won't get called away?"
"Oh yes, I could be. 1st graders are always calling me away wanting to know what paint to use and what kind of paper needs to be bought." Lea stared at Perrie before letting out a laugh.
"That made no sense. You're a dork." Perrie chuckled, shrugging her shoulders.
"Hope that's not a deal breaker?"
"Course not. I'm a dork myself, you just can't see it. But, it'll come out eventually." The two talk about different things, both bonding over wanting to be singers but neither thought their voices were that good enough.
The date went well, both ladies scheduling for another date and when Perrie got to her car, Lea may have gave the blonde woman a soft kiss on the lips that made her fist bump when she got into her car.
