The fans cheered as Carmella smacked Y/n across the face, causing the smaller wrestler to fall from the force of the smack. Y/n cupped her cheek, wiping at her mouth to make sure there was no blood, before looking up at the Staten Island Princess. The cameras picked up the fire in her eyes as she slowly stood, looking at the wrestler in front of her. And then, it went to hell, kinda.
Y/n attacked Carmella, which was scripted, but actually getting scratched on the cheek and making her bled wasn't. When Y/n saw the blood rising to the surface, her eyes widened a bit, which was enough distraction for Carmella to flip her and take her turn beating her. It didn't last much longer when refs came out, separating the two women, and taking them backstage, where everything just stopped. Y/n immediately apologized, babbling how that wasn't suppose to happen, and she didn't know how that happened, but Carmella just chuckled and kissed her girlfriend's forehead. "It's nothing bad. And it's part of the job. Besides," she starts as she pushes Y/n up against the wall, looking down at her beautiful shiny girlfriend. "I'd rather get hurt by you, than anyone else, because once we're alone later, I know you'd make it up." Carmella sends her a smirk. "Right?"
The smaller wrestler nods quickly, earning a smile from her girlfriend. "Good, now, let's go talk with Steph and Hunter." Y/n agrees, and with a quick peck from Carmella, starts to change out of her gear, and into her sundress that she arrived in. They walk hand in hand all the way to their bosses office, knocking on the door when they get there, then walking in when they get an answer.
"Ladies, good job out there. People are already raving about it on Twitter and picking sides." Hunter chuckles out, sending the two women a smile.
"We actually want to talk about that. Um, is it a possibility that we can go from enemies to lovers? Like, we developed this attraction towards each other, where it starts as just looks, then move on to touches? It just gets more and more until we just kiss or something. I mean, I do love fighting with her, but I don't like fighting with her. I really like-" Stephanie puts her hand up as she stands, both ladies getting incredibly nervous, but when their boss smiles, they know she likes the idea.
"Alright, how about you start now? We can schedule a interview with Charly. She'll interview Carmella first, then just as she leaves, Y/n will walk in from the bathroom, you start saying things, then end up saying sorry and how about you can make it up to each other by drinks?"
"Yea, and thank you for doing this, it's just-"
"I know. This job, is tough, no matter what. And het, maybe once you two become 'buddies' you can go against Bayley and Sasha and possibly-"
