Eleven- Sirius

TIME SKIP TO AFTER HOGWARTS

20 years old.

I am 20 years old.

And yet I'm still friends with James and Lily and Remus is still my boyfriend 5 years on.

"Hey, Padfoot, I was thinking me you, Moony and Prongs could go on a double date" suggests lily as we walk into Diagon Alley "sounds great" I reply as we walk into Honeydukes to get some snacks. Really it's just a diversion because James is going to propose to lily today and she has no clue.

"What was it James wanted from here anyway?" Asked Lily as we walk around the aisles "Bertie botts, licorice wands and chocolate frogs I think he said and then he wanted a copy of witch weekly or something" I reply trying to make this trip as long as possible. She nods and we walk around Honeydukes for a while, buying useless crap we didn't actually need but it's worth it for James.

Eventually after a few hours of delay I feel like perhaps it's time to go back and take the shopping home which is fine because James has set up his little proposal picnic somewhere else.

"Shall we head back then?" I ask lily as we come out of some shop that I don't know the name of, she smiles and nods "I think I'm all shopped out" replies Lily, I chuckle heartily and we head back to our home. Lily, James, Remus and I decided to live together. We're all best friends and we thought it fitting, we offered for Peter to stay too but he decided against it which I thought was weird but oh well.

We get into the house and Lily practically throws the shopping on the floor and collapses on the couch "fancy a movie? James and Remus seem to have gone out" asks Lily, I shrug and nod "sure thing" I reply. We watch some witch movie I wasn't really paying attention. I'm waiting for Remus to come back. He's going to come and tell us that James has found this cool place for us to hang out and that we should come or something and then we take lily to the park where James will have set up his proposal spot which I'm assuming will be much like what he did at the Halloween Ball.

Half way in someone raps on the door and I open it "Remus" I say smiling, I peck him on the lips, he smiles "hey, Remus, where's James?" Asks Lily. I'm surprised they're still together in all honesty but they make such a good couple "oh right yeah he told me to come get you guys, he's found a nice place to hang out, he says it's a nice evening and we should spend it outside or something, just follow me" says Remus. Lily doesn't protest, she stands up and follows Remus. I know where we're going but I pretend I don't so as not to mess up the whole thing.

Eventually we reach the park and lily frowns but follows still nonetheless. We then reach the fields that stretch out for miles and we reach James where Lily stops in her tracks and claps her hand over her mouth.

A tartan picnic blanket with a bottle of wine and a basket full of food with candles and roses and everything romantic is surrounding James "James Potter you hopeless romantic!" Exclaims Lily smiling uncontrollably as she flings herself at James, he chuckles and their lips lock. "Do you like it?" Asks James, a hint of anxiety in his voice "I love it" replies lily, her arms around his neck, he smirks "before we do anything" starts James "I have something to say" continues James. Lily's brow furrows

James gets down on one knee "Lily Evans. You are the love of my life. Never have I ever loved anyone as much as I love you. You are the light of my life, Lily and I can't imagine my life without you. I saw you in first year and I fell in love. I remember telling Sirius and Remus and Peter every year that I will marry you one day. I will make you Lily Potter. I told them to mark my word. You are everything I could have ever dreamed of and more. You have shaped me into a better person and I love you all the more for it. And so here I am, on one knee in front of the love of my life and I ask you, Lily Evans, will you become Lily Potter?" Asks James. I think Remus and I were meant to leave but I couldn't miss this

Lily his her hand over her mouth and tears in her eyes as James pulls out a box with a silver ring fashioning a square diamond in the middle and two emeralds accompanying either side of that diamond "Lily Evans, will you marry me?" Asks James, she nods "yes, a million times yes" says Lily, James smiles widely and slips the ring onto her finger. He stands up, picks up lily and kisses her.

"That's our queue to leave" says Remus smiling, I link our fingers and we walk back home. "I wish we could get married" I say suddenly "you do?" Asks Remus, I nod "well I feel bad because for two years you had to hide this relationship because I was a coward and you had to endure taunts and turning girls down and I feel bad and I love you so much" I say, Remus smirks and wraps his arms around my waist as he shuts the door and he pushes me up against the wall

"I love you too" says Remus, kissing my neck "oh yeah? Prove it" I say smirking. He kisses my lips and removes my shirt. I remove his too. He kisses my lips and I kiss him back and then he works his way down my neck, my collarbone, my torso. He kisses back up and our lip lock again. I love Remus Lupin with my whole heart.

Hello there my lovelies!

Happy Pride month to all my rainbows 🌈

I had to do a time skip because I didn't have any more hogwarts ideas but I hope this is satisfactory enough. I don't have much motivation to write atm bc of some personal reasons but I needed to update today on an important day for me personally. Pride month is a month in which I get to express who I am and who I love.

Remember that whether you're straight, gay, bi, Pan, trans, ace etc you are perfect the way you are. Love who you wanna love. Be who you wanna be. But most importantly, love who you are. You are beautiful.
