Chapter 4

It was Friday the day of the Jacks party. At this point I wasn't sure if I was going to go. School was intense for me with having someone call me names every second of the day. I was on my way to Chemistry when someone walks up beside me.
"Are you going to Jack's party tonight?" Sam asks me.
"Why would you care?" I ask him.
"So I know when the sluts start coming." He says.
"At this point I don't know. But either way you'll still have a fun time." I say sitting in my seat and waiting for class to start.

Sam's POV
When I asked Nicole if she was going to the party tonight and she got bitchy with me it made me feel weird. But a good weird. I don't know what it was but when she came over to my house and we worked on that project I noticed some things about her that I never really noticed before. Like how gentle she was everything. How smooth her voice was when she talked even if she was mad. Or even how peaceful she was when she slept. I admit it I didn't accidentally have my arms around her. She was there with me and it felt right. Honestly I don't know why I hate her. There is nothing about her to hate I just don't want people to think I'm head over heels for her. Which I probably am. Class ended and I walked out right behind her.
"See you at the party slut." I say angrily and hit her with my shoulder. Many people laughed at her when she dropped her books after I hit her. She doesn't deserve any of the shit I give her but I deserve all of it I get from her.

Nicole's POV
School was finally over and I was ready to go home. I was in my car waiting for Alexa and her friends to take them to the mall when I get a text from Matt.
Matt: still going to the party?
Me: yea
Matt: can I pick you up at 7?
Me: yea see you then
After I finished the texts Alexa and three of their friends climb in my truck.
"Hey Nick." Alexa says when she gets in.
"Hey." Is all I reply to her.
"Oh this is Kait, Morgan, and Ainsley." She says and each girl waves when they're introduced.
"Hi." I say smiling at them and pull out of the parking lot.
"Oh my god he's so hot!" Ainsley says looking at her phone.
"Who?" I say while laughing.
"Sammy Wilk!" She shrieks. When I hear his name I shake my head.
"He's not all as he seems. He's not the nicest." I say to them keeping my eyes on the road. I drop Alexa and her friends off at the mall and I go home to get ready.

It was 6 and I had one hour to get ready. I quickly hop in the shower and do my makeup. I then curl my hair and pin my bangs back with a diamond clip my grandmother gave me. Next I put my dress on. It started with a simple neckpiece and it was see through just to the top of my chest until the fabric started. It ended at the middle of my thighs. The top was tight then it reached my waist and became loose and flowed when I walked. Next was my shoes. I look throughly closet and pull out a pair of black flats. I pull those on and look at myself in the mirror. I smile and grab my phone. It was exactly seven and I get a text from Matt saying that he was here.
"Mom! Matt's here!" I shout to her and run out to meet Matt.
"Wow." He says when he sees me.
"What? Do I look bad?" I ask him.
"No you look great." He says smiling then opens the door for me. I get in and Matt walks around and gets in and we drive to the party.
