Sarah's P.O.V.

I walked with Marlize through the S.T.A.R. Labs, we than walked into the Time Vault and I heard Barry and Cisco talking.

So, what do we do?" Cisco asked

I don't know." Barry answered

It's okay, Barry." I say as I walked into the Time vault. " I think I do."

Marlize than appeared next to me, causing Barry to sigh.

Look, I love 'Inception' as much as the next guy, but sending Barry into DeVoe's mind?" Cisco questioned Marlize

Marlize had explained to us that sending Barry into DeVoe's mind and try to find the good left in DeVoe.

His mind is the only one fast enough to survive the linking process without any harm." Marlize explained

Yeah, but how would this help us to stop him?" Barry asked

If we can find the good left in Clifford and help it retake control of his mind, that good could overpower the bad." Marlize explained

You think there actually is good left inside him?" Barry questioned Marlize

I know that this is hard to imagine, but there was a time when Clifford was nothing but good, when he truly wanted to help the world. It's the dark matter he infused in his brain that changed him. So yes, I do believe that there is some good in him. Someway we just need to find it." Marlize answered

This is crazy. I mean, why don't we just call someone we trust?" Barry asked, before turning to Cisco. " Kara, Oliver, Wally..."

You could bring a legion of your friends, but they would pose no challenge." Marlize informed Barry, before she went over to the board of the bus metas. " Clifford created the bus metas and the combination of the abilities to ensure that he could defeat anyone whose assistance you might enlist."

How long until our minds are wiped?" I asked Marlize

We have until the permeation grid hits 100%" Marlize answered

I looked over at the monitor and saw it was already up to 24.0%

How would we get me inside his mind?" Barry questioned

We need to find a way to transfer your consciousness into his." Marlize answered

No, you know what happens every time I try to vibe him. I can't do it. " Cisco says

Marlize nodded her head. " I do. But I don't think it's your power we need, Mr. Ramon. I believe it's hers."

We all turn and saw that Marlize was looking at Cecile.

Joe, Cecile, Barry and I walked into the Speed Lab and saw Cisco, Caitlin, Harry and Marlize waiting for us, whilst DeVoe's floating chair was in the room also.

Everything ready?" I asked

Think so." Caitlin answered.

Mr. Allen, the chair." Marlize told him before turning to Cecile. " Ms. Horton, the gurney."

Joe points at DeVoe's chair. " You want to put him in that thing?"

It is the only way to establish a transcranial link between Ms. Horton and Mr. Allen." Marlize answered.

Barry got into DeVoe's chair and looked at Joe. " Joe, I'll be alright."

I'll be here the whole time." Joe says

Cecile nodded her head. " We know."

Marlize than puts the cerebral inhibitor on Cecile head, before turning to Barry. " Mr. Allen, put the cap on your head."
