"He didn't care what fell from that man's lips, Ellie was his and he realized that now..."

Ellie woke up in Blaze's bedroom, making her sit up and look around with confusion. Just as she rubbed her eyes, a door to her right opened and revealed Blaze, who had a towel wrapped tightly around his waist while his hair dropped water off of the tips of each strand.

She couldn't help but stare as he walked straight for one of the drawers, his attention focused on trying to find some clothes to notice her eyes staring holes into his muscular back. She admired the dark tattoos covering his shoulder blades, feeling her cheeks heat up involuntarily as his back flexed with each movement.

"I know you're staring, kotek," Blaze muttered, peering behind his shoulder. She caught a glimpse of the smirk tugged on his lips before he grabbed a pair of sweatpants and dropped the towel.

Ellie gasped loudly and covered her eyes, causing a laugh to come from Blaze. A few seconds later, her hands were removed from her face and Blaze looked over her, the smallest of smirks still on his lips before he sat down in front of her.

"H-how long was I asleep?" Ellie murmured, feeling one of Blaze's hands let go of her wrist to trace her collarbone.

"All day," he answered, watching as his hand moved to her neck. His smirk widened as his thumb rubbed the dark red marks that he had given her, only making Ellie's face darken in colour. "Sebastian taught Dimitri everything you had planned for him, don't worry."

Ellie let out a shaky breath and extended her neck by tilting her head back. "I-I'll have to thank him then."

Blaze clenched his jaw, deciding not to answer. He cupped her jaw and gripped it tightly, hearing her let out a quiet whimper before she looked up at him, licking her lips.

"I don't want you to be alone with Sebastian anymore," Blaze said, one of his eyebrows raising when Ellie's facial expressions fell into an irritant look, "unless you have something against that?"

"Yes, a matter of fact, I do," Ellie said angrily. "Sebastian's my friend a-and I'm not going to have you and your dumb... self... change that because you think he's a bad person."

Blaze snorted. "Is that why you think he wants to be around you all the time?"

When Ellie nodded her head firmly, almost confidently, Blaze rolled his eyes and leaned back on the palms of his hands.

"He has feelings for you, Elenor," he told her, his voice getting angrier as he spoke. "He wants you to himself, wants to get you in bed. Would you like me to go into further detail for you?"

Ellie's face flushed red and her mouth opened and closed as she struggled to get something else. "H-he doesn't. He's my only friend a-and he realizes that it means a lot... b-but I told him that the two of us can't be more than friends."

"Just a friend," Blaze slowly repeated, making Ellie's eyebrows push together while a frown took over her face.

"Why are you so worked up over this, Blaze?" Ellie asked, her voice coming out soft.
