Blurry images arose into Sophie's mind, breaking the images of dancing alicorns in tutus. Sophie grasped the images and forced them to focus, and suddenly, Livvy was staring down at her.

"Sophie! Here, drink this and you'll be fine," Livvy instructed. Sophie's bleary eyes did not obey and started to close against her will.

She felt so, so tired. All she wanted to do was fall into a deep oblivious sleep, and never wake up until a couple of days.

"I know, I know, you want to go to sleep, and I promise you will, after you drink this," Livvy insisted, waving the purple serum in front of Sophie's face.

Sophie wearily took it, numbly opening the flask, and heaving the liquid down her throat. She didn't even notice what it tasted like, because a cool, grey fogginess dragged her back down into sleep.

"Sophie! Sophie. Sophie. Sophie! Wake up! Mr. Forkle is hosting an important meeting!!!"

Sophie woke up to find Fitz excitedly waving his hand around her face.

What was going on?

She did feel better rested, but she wouldn't have minded if she could have a couple more hours of sleep.

"Mr. Forkle survived by the way!" he added unhelpfully.

Sophie rarely saw him this excited and was starting to get eager as well. It had to be something good.

Fitz pulled her out of the bed, making her stumble and almost fall. She glared at him as she dusted off her clothes.

Wait...

Where was she?

Sophie observed the elegant bed that was certainly not hers', and the generous amount of decorations furnishing the room. The room had white-golden walls, with numerous couches and shelves scattered in the room. There was a humongous closet, which Sophie wasn't looking forward to.

"C'mon! Get ready!" Fitz pushed her in front of the closet, breaking her thoughts. He ran out of the room energetically, whooping 'she's awake!'

Sophie sighed as she saw her choices for clothes. Almost every tunic and dress had frills weaved onto them, but there were a couple of decent ones.

She chose a dress that reminded her strangely of panake blossoms, but perhaps that was because the colour of it was identical to the flowers. At the neckline, there was a frill that luckily wasn't that puffy, but she would have preferred the dress without it. It fit her perfectly, and there was a row of flowers twined into the dress at the waistline.

The panake blossoms.

That was why it reminded her of those!

Somebody knocked on the door, as Sophie hurried to finish getting ready.

She wasn't exactly sure why there was such a hurry, but Fitz seemed to be in high spirits. It seemed she didn't have to worry.

Sophie tried to recall the events that had happened the night before while she put her hair up into a messy bun, but failed to remember. She shook her head, trying to clear the blurriness that was blocking her to the memories but failed again.

Well, everything seemed perfectly fine so...

Another knock banged her door.

"Hurry up!" the voice yelled. This time it was Dex. What was he doing here? Then again, Sophie didn't know which home she was staying in, perhaps it was his. Though she didn't recognize Dex's home walls being golden-white.

"I'm coming!" Sophie yelled back, her voice having a bit of an edge. What was so important that they were banging and shrieking at her door like the FBI?

She finally swung open her door to find Dex and Fitz in the midst of swinging their fists at it, almost smacking Sophie in the face.

"What the heck you guys?!" Sophie dodged a hug. "You're acting like the FBI."

"What's that?" Fitz and Dex looked quizzically at each other.

"Nevermind," Sophie responded, rubbing her head where a headache was forming.
