Robert was upset. Why didn't Cassandra just go away and never come back? Yes he had loved her but she never did. She just wanted fame and like she had said she wanted to be with her American boyfriend.
Robert watched Ella cry many a time. She wouldn't let him console her. For the first time since he had known her, he found out that Ella was so soft within.
"Ella." He said finally breaking the silence.
"Robby just...."
"I am not going to stay away. For how long will you keep pushing me away Ella Coker? How long?"
"Look, just stay away from me Robert. We just can't be. I don't see a future with us...with me." Ella said and stood up, buttoning her shirt.
"I have to go to work, Robert. We'll see later."
She left.
I don't wanna break down, she thought. I've really got to be strong right now.
Robert stared until he could see her no more.
There's something else bothering her, he thought. There's something else.

"Good day Ma'am." Uche greeted.
"Good day Uche. How's your health now?"
"Am doing great Ma'am. I hope you're good."
"Yes." She said trying to hide her face.
"Yes, I am."
"Okay Ma'am. One Miss Cassandra has been ranting for a long time now. She said she's here to see you."
"What?"
Before Uche could say anything else, Cassandra had barged into the office.
"Hell!" Ella shouted. "How dare you?"
"Bitch." Cassandra shouted.
"This is my office. I give the rules here. This is my company, I do what I want here. So who ever you are get the hell out of my office." Ella shouted.
"You have the mouth to shout." Cassandra mocked.
"Who the hell are you? I won't take rubbish from you. Look at you...get out! Out."
She pressed her telecom.
"Security! Come get this crazy woman out of my office."
"Me? Crazy woman?"
The security men came in.
"Ma'am, you have to leave."
"Drag her out. She's a fool." Ella said and they tried touching her.
"Don't touch me!" Cassandra said. "I'll leave. But mind you Ella Coker, I'll expose you." She added snapping her fingers. "I will."
Ella laughed and she left the office.
What arrogance, she thought. In my own office?
"Ma'am," Uche started.
"Get Out!!!" Ella screamed.
"Yes, yes ma'am." Uche said and ran out.
