Laughter. Everywhere. Everyone one was having a good time besides me. My friends would glance at me a few times and ask if I'm okay, but all I reply with is a small sure.I can't believe Landon. Well whatever. I don't need that sick bastard. He can go fuck Cassidy all he wants, see if I care.
As I started brainstorming, someone walked up to me. I recognized him as one of the popular freshmen this year, I had to admit he was pretty cute, but a little too young for me.
"What's this?" I ask him as he hands me a wooden box.
"From the office. Some guy that doesn't go to our school dropped it off." He said with a shrugged. And then he left. I was going to ask him what the guy looked like, because at first I thought it could be Landon. But he said that guy didn't go to our school.
To be honest, I don't know many people outside of school.
"Oooh, what's that?" Everyone at our table says in union. I chuckle at their sudden interest.
"I don't know. The freshmen said some guy that doesn't go to our school dropped it off." Everyone looked confused. Brian was the first one to spoke up.
"But why you, I didn't mean it like that! I mean are you sure it's for you?" Nobody at the table didn't have curiosity in their eyes. I the only person I could think of right now that wasn't paying too much attention, was Skylar.
Poor girl, still trying to get over the whole Cameron thing. And what makes it weirder, is that Cameron is sitting facing Skylar at our table.
I can't tell him to leave, because this is his table too, we're his friends. I'm not going him to make him leave just because he's making one of my friends uncomfortable. But I feel entertained, knowing the fact that I'm the only one at the table that sees what they're doing to each other.
Both of them should really stop attempting to glance at each other when one of them isn't looking.
"Open it!" Cameron yells in my face to get the attention off of them.
"What ever you say." I glance at him before winking at Skylar. "Here I go." For a minute, it seemed like everyone was holding their breaths. Jeez, guys had to go and make it all dramatic.
I close my eyes and open the box to reveal what's inside to everyone else. I heard a few gasps and oh my gosh, but they all came from the girls.
I slowly open my eyes to see a bouquet of flowers in the box. I clasp my hand to my mouth. They were so beautiful.
"Now I really want meet this guy." Brian says with satisfaction.
"Why?" I question him.
"Why? Why?, Franny this guy got you flowers, and we don't even know him, and I'm supposed to know everything."
"You don't need to know everything Brian." I give him a quick death stare to not embarrass me in front of our friends.
"Uh, I'm your brother, I kinda have to know a lot of things."
"Wait! there's a note in it." I hear someone say down the table. As I looked down I see that the person's right. There's a little note in it.
"It says," I read out loud." I want you to be mine and only mine- unknown." I hadn't notice that the table was now quiet and was staring at me.
"Wow," Brian says dragging the word." That sounds so romantic." He better shut his sarcastic trap before I do it for him.
Who could be this guy?
I have all the time to figure this out, but not now, I want to enjoy these flowers.
