Chapter 2: P.S. I Love You

Skylar's POV*

Cameron. Cameron. Cameron. He's all I can think about.

I know I should be forgetting about him, but I can't. I loved him more than anything and he loved me, well he did.

Maybe shopping will help, it always helps.

So I say goodbye to my parents and my sisters and head for the mall. I turn on the radio and the song Give Me Love by Ed Sheeran comes on. That was me and Cameron's song.

I try to hold in tears that were about to spill out. Everything happens for a reason and I hope to find the reason for what happened between me and Cameron.

I get inside the mall and head for Starbucks first. I order my coffee and go sit down to wait. It was taking a while, so I went through some pictures Cameron had taken of us.

Just as I thought I was about to flood out tears again, Mr. Lover boy walks in himself. This guy seems to be everywhere.

Breath Skylar, breath. When I look back up, he's already staring at me with concern in his eyes. Well you know what I don't need his sympathy, it's his fault I'm a lovesick puppy.

I couldn't do it anymore, so the only place that I could go hide was the bathroom. Yes, that's right, I ran and hid like the scaredy cat I am.

When I get inside the restroom that's when I realized I forgot my purse and phone. What if the freak steals my wallet and takes my identity. Calm down, you're thinking too much. After what seemed like a good ten minutes, I came out.

I looked around to make sure he was gone, and sure enough he was, and my bag and phone was still there. The bad news was the coffee was cold now.

I grabbed my stuff and decided to go home instead, because who knows, I could probably bump into him in one of the stores we used to shop together at.

As I grab my bag, a piece of paper falls out. I look around to make sure no ones watching me, and I pick it up.

In it, it said:
"P.S. I still love you"- Cameron

Why is he doing this to me?
