October 27, 1984

A car chase in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The young adults took their masks off.

"Get 'em off of us, Mick!" A guy with a mohawk said.

"I'm working on it!" Mick stepped on the gas.

"The alley. To your right." The girl on the passenger seat directed. "Okay."

The van took a sharp turn. "Shit! Shit! Shit!" There were cars passing by. The van was going awfully too fast. Right when they thought it was now clear, the cops came on their tails once more.

"Son of a bitch! We got more!"

"Oh, shit!" The van turned again.

"Do something, Kali. Do something!"

"Next right. There's a tunnel. Take it." The van went into a tunnel. Kali close her eyes. "Boom." The tunnel went down there and then. The cop cars crashed into one another. The cop, Adams, then came to his senses, the tunnel was in good shape. They whooped and laughed as they had escaped. Kali smiled as she wiped the blood of her nose. 008. Her arm.

The boys were getting their change for the arcade. "Lucas, you copy? I've got four quarters. What's your haul?" He asked through the walkie.

"Take your puny haul and multiply it by five."

"How?"

"While you were scrounging around like a homeless bum, I mowed Old Man Humphrey's lawn."

"Old Man Humphrey's got that kinda cash?"

"Just call Mike already."

"You call Mike."

"I have to take a shower from doing real work, like a man. Over and Out."

"Mike, do you copy? Mike, do you copy?" Dustin said over the walkie.

"Yeah, yeah, I copy."

"What are you doing in this channel?"

"Nothing."

"Lucas and I have six bucks total. What's your haul?"

"Shit! I don't know yet."

"What do you mean you don't know yet?"

"Hold on. Call Will."

Mike rummaged through Nancy's drawers. He found the piggy bank. He shook it to get change. "What the hell are you doing?" Nancy asked. Mike turned to her. "I'll pay you back." He grabbed the changed and bolted out. "Bye!"

"Mike! Get back here!" She chased the boy. The boy ran with his bike and riding it away. "Asshole!" She called after him. The boys soon made it to the arcade. A car honked. Will, Joyce and Rene were in the car. Will waved. "Okay. So, I'll pick you up in two hours. That's 9:00 on the dot, okay?"

"Okay." Will noted.

"If anything happens, if you need to come home, just ask them to use their phone and call home, okay? Don't--"

"Don't walk or bike home, I know."

"Okay, but, sweetie--"

"Mom, I have to go."

"Have fun, bud." Rene told him. He high fived his sister. "I will." He smiled.

"No! No! I hate this overpriced bullshit! Son of a bitch! Piece of shit!" Dustin kicked the game as he lost. "Whatever. I'm still topd on Centipede and Dig Dug."

"You sure about that?" Keith, an arcade employee, told him. "Sure about what?"

"You're kidding me. No! No! Move!" Dustin made his way to the game.
