A/N: Great news! I got the first two chapters of my second book up on Wattpad already! It's a Sirius Black love story and I hope that I got the feelings right there and I'd really appreciate if you guys will check it out. Anyway, don't worry, I'll be focusing mainly of this book because I really do love the four girls so much! Tell me what you guys think and enjoy!

Fawkes' words reverberated in my mind constantly the next day. I can fight this curse, but it takes a lot of energy. Right, think the impossible. What did he say about phoenixes having complicated mind powers to penetrate one's dreams? What if it were the same thing? Maybe succumbing to it and accepting it as part of me will do the trick? I have a strong will and I won't be tricked like humans. I am a phoenix. If I accept it, I will make it work with me instead of me merely giving in.

"How are you today, princess?" Will, or rather, Nebulae strode in as I sat up rubbing my eyes.

"Magnificent." I said in a sarcastic tone, my eyes clearly mocking.

"Well well, that won't work. Imperio." The fog enveloped me again but this time I was ready. It seemed inviting and I walked towards it firmly, on my own will rather than against it. The fog parted with surprise, which gave me a firm hold on it, reigning the struggling spell with ease.

"I accept you into my mind, only under one condition. Work with me." And it had done the trick. The spell entered my mind, giving me a dazed look on the outside but complete control on the inside. I did it. But now was not time to celebrate.

"Now shall we go to breakfast?" Nebulae extended his hand towards me and I took it, reluctantly.

"He wants you to kiss him in front of your parents, my great." The spell urged as I inwardly gagged. Having control was a pleasant feeling but I kept my satisfaction from showing on my face.

"Damn him." I muttered, planting a kiss full on his lips.

"More passionate." It urged as I deepened the kiss with all my anger. It seemed to have convinced him.

"Morning Mum. Dad." I grinned as they ruffled my already messy hair.

"Pancakes. Fresh out of the oven! Will darling, you'll have more?" Mum passed him the pan and he nodded, smiling sweetly.

"Of course, Mrs Potter. I'd love to." He replied with feigned cheeriness.

"Oh, call me Euphemia. Everyone here does!" Mum said, unaware of his fake attitude.

"Hey, morning." Sirius tumbled down the stairs sleepily as James followed behind.

"Pancakes? Great." James mumbled as he attempted to grab a slice.

"Seriously, boys! Change before you come down, for gods sake!" Mum rattled off insults about scruffy boys and looked at Nebulae affectionately.

"Perhaps you had better teach them some ethics, Will dear."

The spell was urging me to say something cheesy and I did. "Will's always neat and tidy. But I like him no matter how he dresses." I giggled convincingly as Nebulae smirked.

"Where's Ro?" I asked Mum as she passed me a glass of juice.

"She's at the Evans'. Apparently you girls have a date today." Dad winked from behind the newspaper, shooting Nebulae a glance. Well, at least his jealous look was quite passable.

"In that case, I'd better hurry. Anything important for me to bring?" I asked, grabbing a stack of warm pancakes. "Except food of course." Dad rolled his eyes as James snorted.
