After their Second Coming failed and several key members killed in action, the Iscariot Army Corps was totally demolished. Some surviving members went hiding after the collapse of their organization and were secretly rebuilding it. Morgan le Fatale Fay the queen of the Iscariots was now dead, and so were Dracula Iscariot and all the main Iscariot Apostles. But the surviving members of the Iscariots still posed as a serious threat, because they were now under the leadership of Morgan's younger sister Muriel la Faucheuse, who was crowned queen to replace her sister. While Muriel took command of the western Iscariots (including those from the Middle East), another queen took charge of the eastern ones. She was the Joseon queen Yi Eun Jung from Korea, who was responsible for leading the Iscariot members from the Far East, mostly those from Korea, Japan and China. She survived three Comings during her life, and now she was leading a group of Korean Iscariot members in Seoul, aiming to overthrow the Korean presidency and the government to establish a reign of terror.

Now Yi Eun Jung had personally resurrected many of the deceased Iscariot executives from the dead, including the Qing Chinese queen Zhang Ming Zhu Shi Huang and the Sengoku Japanese princess Reiko Kurosawa. She reigned over the eastern members of the Iscariot Army Corps and enlisted the fire demon Song Hwang Hyun as one of her major generals. Song Hwang Hyun was the South Korean schoolboy who burnt himself alive on November 2010 as a result of overwhelming mental stress during the college entrance exam and his anger towards his family for putting pressure on him to study hard to meet their expectations. He was said to have called upon curses on his former family, friends, school, his country and the world as he was succumbing to his burns, and was enlisted into the Iscariot Army Corps as a top general after he died, before being revived as a fire demon (His name Hwang Hyun rhymes with "hwahyeong", the Korean word for "death by burning", reflecting his death).

Together with Reiko and Shi Huang, Eun Jung created a powerful monster from their combined negative energy. It was a strange monster wearing the tough outer body armor and kimono top of a Japanese samurai, the helmet and boots of an ancient Chinese warrior, the pants and padded armor of a Korean soldier. The suit of armor worn over the monster's body was in fact composed of three different armor suits, with the Korean armor beneath the Chinese armor, which was in turn beneath the Japanese armor. Beneath the black kimono top was the top part of a blue hanbok, which was concealed inside the red top part of the uniform of a Chinese mandarin. He wore a white headband with the symbols of Japan (a red sun), Korea (a red-blue yin-yang circle) and China (a blue dragon), and his forehead had the number 666 written in red Chinese symbols. The monster had a name which could signalize his origins of being combined from Japan, China and Korea – Shiren Joseon Goryou (Shiren is Chinese for "dead man", "Joseon" refers to the ancient Korean kingdom, "Goryuou" is the Japanese word used to describe ghosts of slain warriors). He was a skilled martial artist capable of utilizing the martial arts of China, Japan and Korea with full potential, and could even mix them efficiently. His main form (which was also his default one) carried two Japanese swords on his back, two Chinese swords worn on his left and right waist. These swords could be used independently, with the other one of the same kind, or even two different types. They could combine into double-bladed swords as well. One thing that made him invincible was that he could change his form to suit his need, and he had three modes corresponding to the three countries, each of the modes had three forms. His China Mode with three forms (Courtier: a blue-robed Jiang-Shi courtier of Qing Dynasty armed with a large-bladed Dao, Marshall: a green-clothed demon warrior similar to Guan Yu armed with a Guan Dao, Emperor: a dragon-headed demon in red Chinese emperor robe with a dragon sword); his Japan Mode with three forms (Bushido: an ogre-masked samurai in tough black armor, Shinobi: a ninja in dark greenish blue armed with a spear and extra shuriken darts, Shogun: a ghostly red kimono-clad warlord with a steel battle fan); his Korea Mode with three forms (Daegun: a devil-faced Joseon-era general clad in dark blue, Wonja: a black-clothed Joseon-era prince with a steel mask covering his right face half, Wang: a Joseon-era emperor in red). Even in these forms, Shiren Joseon Goryou could utilize his normal form's weapons, and in his default form he could use the weapons exclusive to each of his forms.
