"oh fuck no," dayoung seethed out angrily before getting out of her spot.

"what the fuck did you-," she began out loudly but was cut off by a booming, angry voice.

"what did you say?" minjoon incredulously asked. "say that again," she threatened.

the man raised his brows up high, a small, smug smile creeping up on his lips. "guess who decided to talk?" he mocked.

dayoung scoffed, crossing her arms as she stayed and watch.

all of the dreamies eyes adverted to where the pair was, all emotions bundled everywhere.

they didn't know how to feel with two managers of their group fighting.

especially mark and haechan.

narrowing his eyes, haechan looked at them both, anger still radiating out of his body at the sight of the sickeningly controlling manager that he wanted to break free from.

no wonder why he liked minjoon more.

"guess who decided to act up again," minjoon shot back furiously.

"what's with your attitude all of a sudden?" the man asked, skeptical yet amused.

"no, what's with yours," minjoon retorted ferociously, tired of being mistreated. "the boys did nothing wrong but you're still being irrational about it."

"what that idiot did," the manager said while pointing at haechan. "was ruin his image in front of his fans and didn't interact with them well enough."

"and what you did was completely out of line. i would like to remind you that, that idiot you are calling, is giving you the money of your salary. you live off of him," minjoon uttered out, anger swirling in her.

"that's exactly why i'm here, i'm doing my job."

"clearly not good enough," minjoon scoffed as she crossed her arm. "whoever you are, that's not your job to control these grown boys. it's my job and if i allow it then i do," she huffed out.

"i was just putting you in your place," the man lowly growled. "you were being dumb letting the people you manage act like that."

taking a shaky breath, minjoon tiredly looked at the man. "i do my job fairly well, and way more better than you," she said.

"at least i'm not controlling like you, at least i'm respectful unlike you, at least i'm doing my job correctly unlike you," minjoon lashed out, exhaustion seeping through her like a waterfall.

"maybe i should try putting you back in your place again since you don't want to," the man cockily said before taking a step closer to minjoon.

"try it again," minjoon breath out, fear in her eyes despite her strong remarks.
