She had just come back from benin city, where she wrote her postutme exams.

The results were out already but she was so afraid to check them.

"What if I fail?"

"What if I don't get admission?"

She could just imagine the faces of her neighbours when they heard the news.

They would be so happy. Nobody ever minded their business in this estate.

They were already jealous of her family and the fact that her two older siblings where already in school only added to it.

Being able to go to university in this part of the world was a huge achievement as being able to afford is was too.

Because she was so lost in her thoughts, she forgot that she was holding a plate in her hands.

When she tried to free her arms she realised too late that she had been holding something.

It dropped with a loud thud.

"What is that!"

Her mother screamed, while rushing in to the kitchen to check the damage done.

"You were never this clumsy Lesley, what is the problem?"

"Mum, sorry my mind was somewhere else."

"Ever since you came back from benin city, it has been one harzard over the other."

"Are you sure you have not seen your results?"

Yep this was her mum, she was never able to hide anything like this from her, she could sniff out her emotions like a dog could smell a bone.

She packed the pieces of broken plates and walked towards the bin to drop it.

"The result are not yet out mum, when it is I will tell you."

She was about walking out before walking towards her bedroom. She quickly closed the door so she could stop herself from hearing what else her mum had to say.

Knowing her it was going to be very long and it would probably never end, so it's best to avoid it.

She quickly went towards the drawers, she put her hands in them searching for her phone.

"I'm pretty sure I kept it here, I just hope those crazy siblings of mine didn't come here again, I have warned Collins to stop touching my stuff."

"Collins !!"

She shouted

She quickly rushed out of her room in search of Collins , forgetting that her mum was still in the middle of her speech"

"If I catch that little rascal I'd.."

"There you are, hand it over ."

She said in a stern voice

She found him behind the chairs in the sitting room, obviously hiding.

Collins on the other hand had his goofy eyes on. He looked at her pleading with his eyes that she'll stop shouting, so their mum wouldn't join in scolding him.

"That won't work today."

She thought.

" please i... I'm almost done killing Artemis, you know how hard this part is. Please sis I promise not to touch it without your permission please don't delete the game again."

He pleaded.

He was playing "God of war" again on her phone and this time without her permission.
