"Julissa." I drop down to her work area where she is with Dixon, both of them smiling widely. They turn to me in unison, and Dixon asks softly, "What do you need, Amethyst?"
"I'm trying to convince everyone to go out for a walk on the beach we were just at four or so days ago. Dagon said if I could get everyone to come, he might join us too."
"A walk? Are you serious? Why don't you go and-" Julissa elbows Dixon softly in the ribs as he gives her a confused glance, and she says, "I think going on a walk would be interesting. When was the last time you went on a walk?"
"Never." Dixon scratches the back of his head before shooting me a glare as he says, "Fine. I'll go on a walk, but only if we get to fly and play some games."
"Of course. We can do all sorts of things." I nod my head with a small shy smile, "I was hoping we could play some games anyways."
"Well then, let's go and convince some other Slytherins." Julissa says before taking flight along with Dixon, and I follow with a growing smile that is soon going to be untamed. Dixon and Julissa stop, turning to look at me.
"What?" I question as I walk around them, heading to the wide part of the cave where the Slytherins have their homes. I see no one in the bottom levels, and I'm about to jump into flight when Dixon responds with a bit on an edge, "We've never suggested something. It's always been an order."
"Well, that's about to change. Do you want to help, or do you just want to make sure I don't get eaten?" I question kindly, trying not to miff Dixon from the start.
"I think I'll stay down here with Julissa. But if anyone is giving you troubles, give a call and we'll pitch in." Dixon says before grabbing my shoulder and pulling me closer, hissing in my ear, "Julissa told me that you know our background. I swear if you tell anyone else, I will not hesitate to rip out Jerod's guts and then torture you slowly. Am I clear?"
"Yes, Dixon. I understand." I nod my head quickly, "I don't doubt it."
"Good. Now, go on." Dixon lets me go before I take flight, stopping in the first cave. It's Jario's, and he's sitting on a mattress, his head in his clawed hands. As I fit into his area, one with just a bed and some folded clothes on the ground, he whips his head up and looks at me. I halt in my tracks as his hazel eyes narrow and his lips peel back in a warning scowl.
"I was just going to invite you on a walk. Dixon and Julissa are coming as well, and we can play some games together. Or you can just come to watch." I tilt my head sideways before he stands, walking up to me, looking straight down into my eyes.
There is a thick and tense silence that spans the two feet in between us, and finally he says with a bit of a gruff voice, "Sure, I'll come."
"Great." I smile before turning around to point down to Dixon and Julissa who look at me with questioning glances. I give them a thumbs up and a wide smile before Jario comes to stand beside me, and they both nod at him. He returns it before flying down beside them, and he joins in on the conversation as I go to the next cave. I want to back out right away, but Huntly's eyes catch onto me quickly.
"Ah, I knew you were going to turn up someday. What do you want?" Huntly growls as he stands from his bed, also a stolen mattress.
"Jario, Dixon, Julissa and I are going to go to the beach we went to around four days ago. We might play some games, and we might go on a walk. The point is just to be together somewhat." I reply as he walks up to me, way too close. I can tell what Dagon meant by not wanting to kill me anymore, and switching to a different tactic that will help the Ruinous Clan, and my throat seizes up.
