Kai still had my diary, but honestly, it didn't matter anymore. As each day passed by, I felt Kai and I got closer and closer to each other.

"Hi, Minsang." Kai greeted and hugged me.

"Kai!" I cheered and hugged him back.

"Well, I gotta get going, but I will see you later," Kai waved goodbye.

School was over, and I was relaxing at my house. I realized that I only saw Kai once today at school, which was weird.

My phone vibrated in my pocket, and I checked my phone to see a message from Kai. I began to smile.

Kai: Let's meet up at a cafe near your house.

I swiftly changed into a white crop top with a black short and black and white checkered slip-on Vans. I snatched my black Gucci purse before leaving the house. I began making my way to the cafe.

I deliberately entered the cafe, scanning around for Kai. I spotted him sitting down at a table with a window view. I approached and took a seat in front of him.

"I wanted to return this to you." Kai handed me my diary.

"Thank you," I said, and smiled.

"Let me walk you home," Kai offered, and I nodded my head with a smile on my face.

I rose up from my seat, making my way to the exit. Kai holds the door for me. He is one charming gentleman. My heart...why is it beating so rapidly?

"It's fine, you really don't have to walk me home," I mentioned.

"It's disrespectful of me not to walk you home, especially when I wanted to meet up with you," He explained. His words swelled me away.

"Look, ice cream!" Kai pointed out while grasping my wrist, dashing towards the ice cream cart. Wow, I have never seen Kai's childish side. It's quite adorable.

Kai got me strawberry, and he got himself vanilla.

"Thank you, but I never knew you had a childish side," I chuckled a bit before licking my ice cream. Now, I have something to tease him with.

"Who doesn't love ice cream?" He smiled at me, which made my heart fluttered and butterflies in my stomach.

"I am pretty sure mostly everyone loves ice cream, but they don't have a childish side of them," I explained.

On our way home, we laughed until we had tears streaming down our faces, clutching our sides, and out of breath. Kai made me giggle so much that I didn't realize that the walk was already over.

"Thank you for walking me home, and I had fun hanging out with you." I smiled.

"Me too, and we should hang out more often," He suggested.

"Yea, we should just let me know when you are free." I waved goodbye before entering my house.

~Kai's POV~

I'm doubtedly falling in love with Minsang. I never knew that I could fall so quickly.
