Dear Diary || Kai [Revising & Editing]

I woke up, finding myself in the arms of Kai who was holding me tight while he was sleeping. I checked the ring on my left finger and it was there. It wasn't a dream it actually for real. 

"Good morning," Kai kissed my forehead and snuggled in my arms even more. He rested his chin on the crook of my neck. 

"Good morning," I said. "Today, I am going to tell my parents about us," I added. 

"I should come along and greet your parents officially," Kai mentioned. 

"Yea, that would be nice I think they will love that," I said. 

Kai and I got ready to stop by my parents' house. 

"Also, let's stop by a store because I want to get them a little gift," Kai mentioned, and I nodded my head. 

Kai got my mom some perfume and skin products. For my father, he got him cologne and a watch. 

Kai and I arrived at my house and I opened the front door.

"Mom, Dad, I'm home," I announced. 

"Hi, Minsang. Oh, Kai you are here too." My mom greeted. 

"Hi Mrs. Lee and Mr. Lee," Kai greeted them. Kai and I sat down on the couch along with my parents.

"Well, Kai and I have an announcement for you guys. We are engaged," I mentioned.

"Congratulations!" My parents shouted and hugged me. I began to smile. 

"Also, I got you some gifts," Kai handed them their gifts. 

"You didn't have to," My mom said. 

"Come on, let me show you Minsang's baby picture and let the girls have their talk," My dad dragged Kai along with him. I began to chuckle at them. I am glad that my parents like Kai. 

"Minsang, perhaps, did you write about Kai in your diary?" My mom asked out of a sudden. How does she know that I wrote about Kai? 

"The diary I got you wasn't an ordinary diary. Whoever name you wrote down and depending on the context you write in it can bring your relationship close with them, but you might face some challenges in the way and it determines if the relationship really worth it or not. It can push your relationship far away," My mom explained. 

Basically, this diary was a magical diary that helped me get closer to Kai. I am glad that I gave this diary a chance, and also gave Kai a chance when he didn't tell me about Krystal. 

Kai came back with my father and I noticed that Kai had a smile on his face. 

"Did you find anything interesting?" I asked. 

"You were so cute as a baby," Kai pinched my cheeks. 

"I know and I am still cute." I smiled.
