Rivalry

FP and Alice were working at different reporting agencies and it was joke amongst both offices that they hated each other.

It was the week of the mayoral election so every news agency from Riverdale and the surrounding towns was there to report on it.

Alice was walking up the stairs towards the town hall when she bumped into someone.

"I'm so sorry." Alice said trying to pick up everything she had dropped.

"No it was my fault." The man said helping Alice and looked up at her as he handed over what he'd picked up. "Ugh, of course it's you." he said and Alice looked up at him.

"FP, what are you doing here?" Alice said.

"The same as you I'm guessing. I better get going, don't wanna get a bad seat." FP said giving Alice a mischievous smile.

Alice picked up the rest of her stuff and walked into the town hall. It was packed so she stood at the back waiting for Hiram Lodge and Fred Andrews to come out to answer their questions.

"Alice!" someone shouted and she looked up. It was FP and he was pointing to an empty seat next to him. She walked over to him. "I saved a seat for you."

"Well I can see that." Alice said sitting down next to him.

The mayoral questions went ahead and Alice and FP both got all the answers they wanted.

"You asked some good questions out there." FP said.

"I know!" Alice said getting up and walking out.

The next few days were really busy in the news agencies as the mayoral elections were heating up.

Alice's phone lit up and she got a text from an unknown number. Wanna bet who becomes mayor?

Who is this? Alice replied and almost immediately she got a reply saying: FP, you know your nemesis.
