I watched as Jacob let a smirk pull at his lips, and then disappeared through the door. I swallowed hard and turned my attention over to Damon, who was sitting on his desk directly in front of me.

"You've caused quite a lot of trouble, haven't you?" He smiled deviously, flicking his bright eyes down to mine. I tried my best to ignore his devious tone and sit up straighter.

"This wouldn't have happened if you didn't kidnap me." I simply replied, not knowing what else to say. He did this. He did this to himself. Yes, I might have stabbed him a few times, which were still bleeding deeply, but I didn't care. I wouldn't have had to if he didn't kidnap me. My thoughts stopped when he spoke back up.

"Don't turn this around onto me. Take a look at your boyfriend, Luca. He's the one that brought it down to this." He rested his hands behind him and lazily sat back on them, his eyes still trained onto me.

"I've heard this before, and frankly I'm quite tired of hearing about it." I hissed in response. "Quit blaming Luca for everything that you've caused yourself." I felt myself rest back against the seat, feeling content with my answer.

Damon didn't seem to like it so much, because he sat forward on his desk and looked at me through darkened eyes. "Luca killed my father." Damon suddenly hissed and pointed a finger at me.

I looked up at him with squinted eyes, not knowing if he was telling the truth.

"It's true." He seemed to read my thoughts. "Luca killed my father during a trade. I wasn't even there," He shrugged and dropped his gaze to the floor for a moment. "I got the news several hours after it happened. Luca didn't even have the decency to tell me about it. I had to learn about it from Stefan." He suddenly growled and latched his eyes back onto me.

"You're lying. Luca wouldn't kill your father." I found myself arguing against him.

Damon stood up from his desk and narrowed his eyes at me, "I am a lot of things Principessa, but a liar? No." He bent towards me and hissed against my face, causing my nose to crinkle up.

"Have you ever spoken to Luca about this? Maybe there was a reason?" I tried to backtrack against my words, attempting to calm him down. A calm Damon was a lot easier to deal with.

Damon laughed and shook his head, retreating back from me. "You think Luca needs a reason to kill? You're even more stupid than I thought." He taunted me. "Luca murdered my father." He finished darkly, his jaw tightening up in anger.

"Talk to him. You will never know the truth otherwise!" I cried out and stood up from the chair, making my feet sting and Damon stiffen. "Stefan was a monster. He hated Luca; I saw it. He wasn't well, you can't trust anything he says!" I stepped towards Damon, placing my hand on his shoulder, making him rip his arm away from me.

"Stefan was my friend. He was a good man." Damon defended and stepped closer to me, causing me to retreat against the doors. My butt hit the back of if and I knew I was trapped. "Luca will never tell the truth about what happened. Judging by your own reaction to this, you didn't even know." His chest pressed up against mine, and I fought the urge to push him off. "He murdered him." He repeated again and stepped away from me suddenly.

I inhaled sharply, finally being able to breath properly and looked over at him. I felt a pang of guilt hit my heart and I sort of felt bad for him. "Luca has changed. He's a different man than he was all those years ago; he will talk to you." I tried t reason some more, feeling the heat of Damon's stare on me.

His mouth opened to speak, when the door behind me suddenly opened. I stumbled forward to avoid falling onto Jacob, moving back towards the other wall.
