a/n: i bet you guys are really surprised about what happened in the last chapter. I WAS SURPRISED TOO! anywaysss this chapter will be short bc i have to catch up on the book AND because not a lot is gonna happen lolol. so yeah:)
ava's pov
Colby and I didn't talk that morning. I was cranky and trying not to complain because of my headache. I was avoiding Colby because of what happened. I didn't feel like talking about it at all. It was embarrassing he had to see that and even if I still had a tiny chance with Colby, it was completely gone. He probably thinks I don't like him at all. I mean I did tell him that I don't like him. Ugh! Why did everything have to be so confusing at a time like this?

"Is all of your guys' stuff packed?" Sam yelled.
"Yessir!" I yelled back. Colby and I were standing by the door, waiting.
"Yeah!" The rest yelled. The others still don't know about what happened and I don't plan on telling them.
"Okay! The Krac House is meeting us at the airport!" Sam yelled.
"Hey Av, can we pl-" Colby started.
"Not now." I cut him off.
"Then when?" He asked. "Because I'm confused!"
"Not now Colby." I whispered.
"I caught you kissing a girl." He whispered with his teeth gritted.
"It's not a big deal."
"It's not a big deal?! Look, I 100% support you. It doesn't change the way I see you. I see you as wonderful, beautiful, sweet, caring, funny and all that other stuff."
"Thanks I guess...But it's just embarrassing how you had to see that. I'm sorry for not telling you. It's hard telling people." Colby hugged me.
"I'm sorry and I understand." Colby pulled away. "Well anyways, we good?"
"We're good sir."
"Great."

"Ugh, I hate planes." I said. Colby was sitting next to me on our flight. "Why did I choose to go on this trip?"
"Because you love us." Colby responded.
"Sure." I chuckled. I put my hand on Colby's and intertwined our fingers. He smiled at me and I laid my head on his shoulder.

I yawned as I entered the hotel room. I flopped down on the bed.
"Goodnight." I mumbled. Colby flopped down next to me.
"Back at ya," He started. "Roomie." I groaned and he laughed.
"Why do I have to share a room with you this whole trip? I mean me and Jake could've switched ya know?" I asked Colby.
"Because I'm nice." Colby said as he pulled me into him and gave me a tight hug. He rolled over so I was on top of him. Colby tried to kiss my nose but I moved away and crawled off of him. "Do you wanna watch TV?"
"Yeah." I answered. He took the TV remote before I could get it. "Danggit." He laughed.
