Chapter 19: Sleepover

I was thinking that I just a cameo in this story. But end up I know, I'm not. I have sirens blood in me.
I taught Theron was just need his heart from me and maybe he will left me after he gets it. But in fact, he won't cause based on the prophecy we are alliance.
I couldn't deny the bizarre feeling that I have for him. I remembered had feelings for him. But now I know I am. I do.
It hurts me when this queen came out. But it's hurt more to know the queen is still out there waiting for the faith to be with Theron.

"So yeah T, your father is a siren." Theron explains me the whole father thing to me while I'm deep in my own thoughts.

"Wow I didn't know you were friends with Aerial and Talitha. What will they say when they know you have something with their girl?" Leo is sitting on the floor listening to Theron.

Talitha? That's my mom's name. Did he just mentioned her? Actually what they are talking about? I didn't even pay attention cause I'm too busy with my thoughts.

"You know Talitha was too stubborn. And Aerial was so brave to dated Talitha even tho I said no. I don't know how many times I said no to them, but they ended up together anyways. But I was happy for them. They were meant to be together." Theron eyes looks like he sees far to the past to see that moment in his head. He smiles.

"Yeah, my mom was stubborn. She didn't accept no from her bestfriend. She was struggling to had her bestfriend's approval to date dad." I smile too. It is just like what my mom told me.
I remember mom once told me story when she met dad in the beach back then. She said she liked him at the first sight. And then she told her bestfriend about him but her bestfriend didn't like my father. It was a struggle for mom and dad to convince him and got his agreement. Just like what Theron said.

Wait..

"Don't say that you were my mom's annoying bestfriend?" I gasp. Is it real?

Theron smiles. A genuine one. "That's right Althea. Except the annoying part."

Leo gasps. "Did you fall for her mother too?" Too?

"No you stupid Angel. She's my bestfriend." Theron pause a second and look at me try to read my face. "Actually... she was my only bestfriend."

"How dare you to fall for their daughter. It's not appropriate you disgusting God!" Leo now becomes dramatic. Fall for their daughter? I think I'm blushing.

"I didn't realize you are that old jeez." I don't want to hear another fall for or whatever it is.

Theron smirks. "We don't know what old is, T. In fact we are immortal."

"So Theron Scmidh eh?" Leo interrupt. "Like Talitha Scmidh?"

He's right. That's my mom's last name before she got married to my dad and change to Talitha White.
"Why I was so stupid. I didn't realize that!" I pretend to hit my palm on my forehead.

"You are." Theron and Leo are laughing to my response.

"I was thinking you're going to realize it when I mentioned that name in the class." Theron smirks. "Guess it takes time."

Theron and Leo still talking about other stuff which I don't understand cause they are so so so old. I can't believe I didn't feel this tiredness before. I really need to rest and have a good sleep. While they are talking, I'm taking my heavy body to my room and throw it to the bed. My eyes now feel so heavy and I'm ready to sleep. In fact I think I'm a half sleep now.

Knock knock.

That's it.

Now I'm awake. My eyes still staring at the ceiling heavily. And my body still laying on bed doesn't bother to get up to see who it is.
