chapter 9: King of underworld

I'm walking through the hall without knowing where to go. I'm so done with this bizarre puzzle. Did he ever think that my life was completely fine without any gods interrupt till he came and throwing every riddles left unexplained.

"Althea"

I don't get it. I should have hate him since what Leo have had told me. But I can't. But Why?

"Althea"

To be honest I'm a bit curious about his excuse for not telling me the truth. He seems not sure about something. But who is he deciding rather I'm ready or not?

"Althea!" Leo stop in his track and make me stop too.

"What?" I just came back to reality.

"Everyone is looking at us. I think it's not proper. You know, this.." He gestures this to our hand. "It's scandalous." Right. I forgot that Leo's hand is still in mine and I drag him all along. And yes, everyone's staring. Great.

"I'm sorry.... sir."

"Are you ok? I think we should talk. I'll come to your house. But please. Stay away from T."

I don't seem like that idea. But I agree instead. "Okey."

Leo smiles. "Great! I'll see you?"

"See you Leo, sir." Then he walks away.

I can't believe it. He's really act like a professor! How can he learn it in one night?

I decided to call Paris for having lunch together and she's agree. I go straight to the Anthony's sub where me and Paris decided to have lunch. I love this place their foods and beverages never cease to amaze you. Beside, Anthony is a great man to talk to. He's funny and kind. When I arrived, I sit on an empty seat near window.

"Look who is here! I thought you have another favorite place to eat! I haven't seen you for 2 days" Anthony approach my table.

"Well I guess. But I come back anyway. Do you want to know who was lucky to had my butt occupied?"

"Who? I think I need to steal their recipes cause they stole my loyal customer."

I smirking and whispering to him. "School assignments did."

He laughs. "I can't beat em then. Honestly I avoid them since forever. That's why I end up having this place."

"Don't be silly old man. I'm so blessed that your place is exist. I don't know how to survive without it!"

"Right. So what do you want for lunch sweetheart?"

"As usual. But please be kind. I want extra cheese for my fries."

"Anything for my loyal customer. Is that all?"

"Oh, and something for Paris please."

"I know it so well. She's literally coming here everyday with her boyfriend. Is that all?"

"Yes. I'll tell you when there's more."

Not long from there Paris comes and take a seat across me along with the foods are coming too.

"You love me so much do you?" She smirks while observing food in front of her.

"You're welcome." I rolled my eyes.

She's laughing and eats her food. "So, what is it?"

"What is what?" I play dumb.

"Shut up, I know you. Comeone tell me everything!"

"It's you know. T, Theron. He keeps telling me something but he never finished what he said. I'm stuck in his riddle."

"Just ask Leo then. He's kind of spill everything even he doesn't mean to. You know, like when he accidentally told us that Zer is a werewolf."
