Miraculous Ladybug (OC Insert)

Alexis's POV

So, school today sucked, as I expected. What I did with my Miraculous to make sure it wasn't that noticeable is that I wore it underneath my shirt. I'm glad that worked.

But today is special. To me at least. Today, there's going to be a ceremony with the mayor. He'll be unveiling a statue of Ladybug, Cat Noir, and Light Wing. I know I have been a superhero for a little bit, but I can't believe they're going to have a statue with me in it.

I quickly go to the alleyway and put my backpack down. I then open it and allow Blitz to fly out.

"Are you ready for today, Alexis?" Blitz asked me.

"I'm ready as I'll ever be," I said. "Blitz, wings up!"

I then transform into Light Wing and I fly out of the alleyway and try to find where they'll be unveiling the statue.

It didn't take long, but I found it. It was easy to find since there was a lot of people there. I can also see Cat Noir there as well.

I then land beside him and wave at everyone. I didn't feel too shy like I am when I'm not Light Wing. I think I feel way more braver when I'm Light Wing instead of Alexis.

I then look at Cat Noir with a smile.

"Nice to see you again, Light Wing," Cat told me.

"Nice to see you, too," I told him.

"Excuse me Cat Noir and Light Wing, but Ladybug's not here," A guy with a blue, green and white lollypop stick in his mouth told us. I don't know his name, so I'll just call him Stick Boy for now. I think he's the guy that created the statue.

"Don't worry about Ladybug. I'm sure she'll be here any minute. I can handle the situation alone for now. I'm the one in charge anyway, you know," Cat Noir told Stick Boy.

That's not true.

"It's just that I wanted to autograph this photo. She's amazing. She's so brave... And smart... The way she always saves everyone," Stick Boy started to say as he looked at a picture of Ladybug.

"Perhaps the ceremony should commence. It might bring her here faster," The Mayor said.

That's actually a bad idea, but not the best idea.

"Please, just one minute more, Mayor Bourgeois. She's going to come. I can feel it," Stick Boy said.

That's weird.

But she didn't come in a minute. So the ceremony just started without her.

"It's only proper for Paris to pay homage to those who protect us from evil. Ladybug, Cat Noir, and their new partner, Light Wing," The Mayor said as they unveiled the statue.

It showed Cat Noir on the bottom doing a cool pose, Ladybug was on top of him with her yo-yo out, and I was on top of Ladybug with my boomerang out while I was flying above her.

It looked pretty cool to be honest.

But I could tell Stick Boy wasn't happy since Ladybug didn't show up. I felt bad for him.

Timeskip

After the ceremony, everyone started leaving. But Cat and I stayed for a bit until everyone left.

Stick Boy was still here. I could tell he really wanted to see her.

I then stood beside him.

"Don't feel bad that Ladybug didn't come. She'll come sooner or later. But these statues are amazing," I told Stick Boy.
