Alexis's POV

I was waiting outside the school for Adrien to finish up his fencing. I heard that Mr D'Argencourt, the fencing master, is having at least one more person to join his fencing team. But in order to do that, his students, including Adrien, will have to fight against the other kids who are trying out.

As I was waiting outside, I noticed someone else has walked into the school. I couldn't tell if it was a boy or a girl because they had their helmet on. They were wearing a red fencing outfit with their own fencing sword.

I watched them as they entered the school property. I then hide beside the stairs of the school as Blitz flew out of my pocket.

"Did you see that person? I wonder if they'll join the team," I wondered out loud.

"Who knows if they will or not. That depends on how good they are," Blitz stated.

"Yes. But I've never seen a student wear that kind of red outfit before. I wonder if they're new here," I then said.

"Probably. Maybe you could ask them and you guys could be friends," Blitz suggested.

I then thought hard on that. I'm not really the type to start a conversation, but maybe if I start trying now, then I'll have a good chance on being more sociable.

"Yeah. Okay. That sounds like a good idea," I stated.

After some time, I heard someone leaving the school property. I peek from the side of the stairs and saw the same fencing student wearing the red outfit walking towards her vehicle.

But something seemed off. They looked a bit upset. Like maybe they lost a tournament in fencing. Maybe she wasn't able to join the team.

I felt bad for them. I was about to go out and say hi to them until I heard a very familiar voice.

"Hey, wait! Your saber!" I heard Adrien yell as he ran towards the person with their sword.

The person then turns around and takes off their helmet, revealing to be a girl. And for a girl, she looks really pretty. Adrien kind of looked shocked that she was a girl.

"Let's do a... decisive... match?" Adrien said, well more like asked, her.

"What's the point? You won. There's no such thing as a second chance in my family. Goodbye," The girl said, sounding sad as she got in the vehicle. Once she was in the backseat, the car drove off.

I was a bit shocked to see that happen. What kind of family doesn't give their kids a second chance?

"Hey! What's your name?" Adrien called out, but it was too late. The car was already driving off by then.

I then watch as Adrien gets in his vehicle. And once he's in, his bodyguard drives off, probably to follow the girl.

I was a bit taken after the car left.

"Okay. Fine. I'll just walk. Don't mind me," I said sarcastically as I was about to start walking home, until I saw an Akuma fly by, going in the same direction the the girl and Adrien were going. "An Akuma?"

"You better hurry up and follow it before it turns someone into a villain," Blitz told me.

I then take her advice and run in the direction the Akuma flew off to.

As I was running, I was thinking I wasn't going to make it in time to stop it. And I was right.

In front of me, I see Adrien's car cut in half as he was standing to the side as the Akumatized victim, which who I assume was the girl from earlier, standing in front of Ladybug, ready to fight.
