Alexis's POV

Right now, I'm in my science class, and it looks like Mrs. Mendeleiev is having trouble with her computer. It looks like it has a virus. 

"See for yourself, Mr. Damocles. Nothing happens when I press the button," Mrs. Mendeleiev told the principal.

"You're in luck, Mrs. Mendeleiev! I'm a bit of a computer whiz!" Mr. Damocles told her as he got in front of the computer and started typing.

I'd be surprised if he actually succeeded.

But just as he thought he got it, a virus showed up on the screen. I guess I was right.

"That's not supposed to be happening! What is it?" Mrs. Mendeleiev asked.

"It's Dino 33, a malicious computer virus! Let me try something," Max said as he made his way to the teacher's computer and was about to type something, only for Mrs. Mendeleiev to pull the computer away from him.

"Go back to your seat now, Max! Leave this to the adults," Mrs. Mendeleiev told Max sternly.

Wow. He was only trying to help. Someone should smack some sense into our science teacher.

But as Max was returning back to his seat, a robotic voice came from inside his bag.

"Inform the adults that if they don't neutralize the virus in the next 75 seconds, there's a 99.9% chance the hard disk will be permanently damaged," Said the robotic voice.

"Quiet!" Max told the voice as he got back to his seat.

I was beyond confused right now. I looked at Nathaniel as he looked at me, both sharing the same confused expression.

"It's destroying all the school data. It's a disaster!" Mr. Damocles' voice got my attention as I looked back at the projector to see the virus destroying data. "How many seconds did you say we have left?" He then asked as he looked at Max.

"Only 65," Max stated.

"Let him try," Mr. Damocles told Mrs. Mendeleiev. She nodded her head in response. "Go ahead!" Mr. Damocles said as Max stood in front of the computer with his bag.

He then reaches into his bag, trying to look for something, but it looks like he was struggling.

"Argh! Where is it?" Max asked out loud.

"I believe this is what you're looking for," The same robotic voice said as a robotic hand poked out from the bag with a flash drive.

I could tell everyone was intrigued and amazed.

"Oh, thanks!" Max said, but then saw us looking at him a bit confused. "This is an anti-virus device. I... I created it with help from... my best friend," Max explained.

A little robot then flew out of his bag, which amazed all of us.

"Hello! My name is Markov! We can fix this, Max!" The little flying robot said.

Max then puts in the flash drive into the computer as he and Markov try to fix the computer.

"This flash drive neutralizes 100% of the virus," Max stated, not taking his eyes off of the computer.

"And cleans the computer's hard disk at the same time," Markov then stated.

"Oh! Fascinating!" Mr. Damocles said.

As the flash drive was doing its thing, all of the school data started coming back and the virus was now gone. I was fascinated by this. Max is a really smart kid.
