Thor led Jane and the stowaway through the halls of his home, the grand gold and royal castle of a king. The gold walls stretched high for miles as did the halls. It was a building that would put the castles on earth to shame, Percy thought as he followed in awe. Everywhere he went there was some kind of armor stand decorated in Asgardian armor wielding a weapon or a guard wearing the same clothes and armor the stands were. Tapestries hung from high above and showed past kings and other times of virtue in Asgard, and if he looked at it a certain way, Percy could've sworn that there was actual gold woven in the wall art.

"Percy," Thor shook him out of his thoughts. "I am going to leave you in the care of my mother while I take Jane to the infirmary, please do not wonder about without a guide I trust. Do you understand me?"

"Yes, sir," Percy nodded his head and walked into the room Thor opened the door to. Inside was a small library and balcony. Shelves reached high and were filled with books and scrolls older than, he didn't know what because he didn't know much history yet. A few tables were scattered around the decently sized room, more scrolls littered them, opened to star charts and passages in a language Percy did not know.

At the back of the room, sitting on a plush red bench beside the stone railing, was a woman. Long gold locks wrapped on her head and fell along her back and barely touched the seat. Her blue gown covered her legs and arms, as well as the armguards and breastplate she donned. In her hands was one of the many books in the room. Leather bound and fragile pages written with words in a language he didn't understand.

Percy hesitantly stepped forward from his spot in front of the door, "Excuse me, are you Thor's mother?"

"I am," The lady looked up with a bright smile. "You must be Perseus, correct? My youngest son's child." She stood up from her seat and walked over to Percy. It was like she was royalty herself, carrying herself with such grace and power that Percy felt both comfortable and scared in her presence. "I can see him in your eyes. My name is Frigga, but you can call me grandmother if you'd like."

He nodded his head and followed Frigga around the room as she began to talk to him about Asgard, the home of his father and uncle. "Is this your first time in Asgard?"

"Yes," Percy looked at the titles of the books still not understanding what they were about. "I have never been here, only heard of it from my mother, father, and uncles."

"Well," She smiled and pulled out a heavy book. It was very dusty and smelled like rotten fruit. "I hope you learn as much as you can while you're here, it is to be a long while before you can return to this place."

"I don't understand," he said.

"Never mind that, I must teach you as much as I can," Frigga smiled brightly at the young boy before her. The way he looked, from the bright green eyes and wild hair to the way his eyes shone with mischief, reminded her so much of Loki as a child. He could never stay in one place. Always wanting to roam the palace or escape to be with the people in the city but always returning to learn more, more magic, more knowledge, more of everything. And his son was just like him. "You are going to learn magic like your father by the person who taught him, let us begin."

Percy knew very little of his abilities, he could barely use it when he needs to, and when he doesn't. There were a few times that he was able to conjure his magic when he wants to but it was few and far between. The most recent was when he changed his hand into Tony's to get into his workshop because he wasn't allowed. (A very awkward conversation occurred after that because an eleven-year-old had a hand the size of a thirty-year-old man and couldn't figure out how to make it return to normal.)

Frigga, though very nice and supportive, was a strict teacher. Pointing out flaws every minute and correcting him every other second. How did his father withstand this for centuries? His few hours with her made him feel grateful for the tutors Pepper and Tony got him back on earth. And though Frigga was like a drill sergeant, her method worked. Percy was able to control his magic and use the very, most basic, simple, easiest spell within the second hour.

The amount of joy and pride Frigga felt was uncountable. It was like teaching Loki all over again, he made the same expression while concentrating and he had the same problem with foot stances. The child even sighed in annoyance the same way. It hurt her heart to know what he had to endure to be where he is today. Loki had retold his mother what had happened while he was absent from his life, leaving Percy's mother and letting her be with the pig of a mortal, making Percy stay with an uncle that, though he is grateful took him under his wing and provided for him, never gave him the normal life he had as a young child.

"I am to see your father soon, would you care to join me?" Frigga asked him. "We will not be heading to the dungeons where he is kept but I will be projecting us into his cell. I know he would enjoy seeing you again now that his mind is clear of Thanos and the scepter's spell."

"I would love to see my father," Percy read the spellbook Frigga had given him. "But I want to see him in person, meet him face to face."

Frigga smiled. "Of course, I shall call for a guard to escort you to the dungeons where your father is being held after we meet your uncle and the young woman he brought. Now, let's go see him."

"One question though," He called out as the two left the room. "Since my father is a prince and technically king of his realm, does that make me a prince of both Jotunheim and Asgard?"

"Yes, I suppose that does," Frigga answered and led them through more halls.
