Gary wasn't put in the squad for the first game of the new season against Hartlepool. Gary wasn't that bothered about it though. The game finished 1-0 to Bromley. They went 3rd in the table as of that result. Gary turned up to training the next day and the boss said to him that he wouldn't play that much as it is his first season at the club. He didn't mind though. Gary was just happy to be at the club.
10 games in and gary wasn't picked for any of the matches as Bromley sat in 10th on 15 points. Gary was on the bench for the next game against Dover. Gary came on for the last 10 minutes but didn't do anything as the game finished 0-0.
Gary didn't know whether he would get an opportunity in the league again this season. 13 games till the half way mark, Gary didn't play 10 of them and was on the bench for 3 of them.
He scored in one of them and played 5 minutes in the other 2. Bromley were 7th on 35 points after 23 games played.
Gary was wondering if he would play in the remaining 23 games weather that is come off the bench or start.
