Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't been updating much. Since I started my new story The Doctor its been getting all my love and attention lately and this one kinda just got brushed aside but I'm not going to forget it, It will continue on to the end! :)

“Your still with me little lady.” James said smugly as he waltzed out of the court room. I knew he was doing it to piss everyone else off who was quietly filing out of the room with their heads down, but I detected real happiness within him. When Daniel walked out he looked so sad it made my heart twist. I started walking back to our bus with James and as soon as we were out of ear shot pounced on him.

“What happened?!” I asked excited, still a little jittery from my crime earlier.

“He didn’t show up just like we planned.” He said with a smile, “Without him my opposers had no case to build against me so we just sat there twiddling our thumbs for an hour before the judge finally called it quits and said you stay in my care.”

“So what happens when the guy wakes back up?” I asked, “He’s bound to come back. What do we do then?”

“Laugh.” He said evilly, “I forgot to mention that the sleeping potion I gave you also causes memory loss. I’d be surprised if he even knows to come back.” I smiled, he was always one step ahead and this was another reason I had come to like him lately. I was learning my evil ways from the best and it also gave me a reason to analyze him so if I ever had to go up against him in the future I would know how he plays things. “So, how should we celebrate our victory from the union of our evil minds?” He asked looking at me with a knowing smile.

“Actually I wanted to ask if I could spend the night with Daniel.” I said awkwardly, he looked at me funny.

“We won and you want to spend your night celebrating by dinning with the enemy? I thought I’d taught you better then that!”

“Its not like that.” I laughed, “He may be your enemy but he isn’t mine.” James nodded in understanding,

“Fine. But you tell him anything and your going to be the one getting the death potion.” He said stiffly and walking away. I smiled triumphantly watching him walk away. “Wipe that smile off your face! Don’t be getting used to this!” He called to me without looking back. The buses were beginning to leave so I had to run across the grounds to get to The Silent Villains's bus before it left.

The always silent and quiet R.E.M was the one to open the door and smiled as soon as he saw me. All the guys except for Daniel were sitting around the breakfast table when I walked in and they all jumped up to give me a hug. Lizz had been resting on the couch across for them and was a little shocked I was here so she took some time to thaw out before she would come greet me.

“He is in the back.” J2 whispered in my ear after everyone had settled again. I nodded and smiled my thanks and make my way into the back lounge. Daniel was sitting on the corner seat turned around and staring out the window. His posture was deflated and beaten down and he topped it off with a sad sigh. I smiled sneaking up on him, kneeling on the edge of the seat and putting my arms around him looking out the window as well.  He jumped but turned around with a giddy smile as he wrapped his arms around me and pulled me to his chest.

“I missed you.” He mumbled into my hair as we sat cuddling for a while. I turned in his lap and kissed him sweetly with a little peck on the lips but when I pulled away he pulled me right back to a deep and passionate kiss of longing. We both gave a happy sigh and smiled against each other’s lips in union then both gave a little laugh, it was crazy how alike we were becoming. When we finally pulled away I rested my forehead on his gazing into his eyes, oh how I couldn’t get enough of these kind, loving eyes.

“So did the jailer let you out for the evening?” He asked jokingly,

“He did in fact, so now your stuck with me.” I said, He smiled,

“You say that like its a bad thing.” He pulled me back to his lips again and when I pulled away I wrapped my arms around his neck and settled in, resting on his chest. I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders, like an itch I had been ignoring had finally been scratched and I sighed happily cuddling up with him. Everything about him, his smell, his look, his essence, was intoxicating and I couldn’t get enough. It was like he was made for me and no length of time together would be enough.

I heard a groan and I looked down towards the bunks and saw Rem rolling out of my old one.

“Rem?” I asked in shock. He jumped and looked at me like a little kid who had been caught doing something he shouldn’t but then recovered.

“Hey D.” I said with a forced smile. I stood up and walked over to him and he pulled me into a tight hug. Something was off with him, like more then already. He has always seemed a little off since Cela died but now he was more then usual. I watched him suspiciously as he left.

“Daniel I’ll see you tomorrow.” I said knowing the bus would leave soon and I wanted to follow Rem and see what he was up to.

“Alright...” He said sadly, climbing into his bunk. I looked between his bunk and the door feeling guilty. As much as I wanted to know what Rem was up to I knew I couldn’t leave Daniel. I sighed, giving into my conscious and climbing into his bunk next to him. He looked surprised at first but then wrapped his arm around me happily, kissing the top of my head goodnight.

Rem’s POV:

I watched the buses pull out one by one, lumbering to speed out of the lot and noisily making their way to the next city. I waited until the venue was empty then waiting some more until the silence threatened to drive me crazy. I walked to an out building towards the outskirts of the property and found Ross leaning against a wall. He looked like he was ready to commit a crime, dressed in all black with his hood tucked up over this shiny head. I came to a stop in front of him with my hands in my pockets looking at him expectantly. His expression was dark and slightly upset, I stared at the snake tattoo on his temple because he wouldn’t meet my eyes before delivering the new I had expected.

“I looked at your target today...” He said quietly, “I cant do the job, I cant kill ‘em.. You’ll have to find another way.” I heard his pulse quicken and his blood rushed through his veins propelled with adrenaline.

“Its alright... I expected that of a human.” I said bitterly. “But now all you’ve done is seal your fate.” I growled. He jumped, backing away from me in defense as my eyes grew red.

“I’m sorry man! If I thought I could pull it off I would but I cant!” He said in a vein attempt to explain away his troubles. He turned and started to run but he didn’t get far before I caught him from behind, throwing him to the ground and ripped his heart out.

The bus was already on the highway before I found it. I had been crashing with The Silent Villains now for a while but now Dyvia was here.. I ran up beside it and jumped in through and open window. Inside all was dark and silent so I decided to go to bed like everyone else. Daniel’s bunk was open a crack and as I climbed into my bunk I noticed something in Dyvia’s pocket. I cocked my head questioningly as I stared at the glowing green vial then suddenly a grin of realization spread over my face. They were both asleep so the opportunity was perfect! I brushed the curtain back slightly and grabbed the vial from her coat pocket, closed the curtain again then turned in for the night.

In my bunk I held the small vial between two fingers grinning like a fool. I had no idea how Dyvia came into possession of a death potion but it was going to come in handy.
