If you like it hot and steamy... your welcome. ;)

“Have a nice day?” Daniel said, flicking on the lamp and lighting up the darkened bus. I had spent the whole day and part of the night with Victor and returned to the bus an hour after call and I was lucky they were still here. I thought everyone had gone to sleep because all the lights were off but it turned out Daniel was still up, waiting to interrogate me like a parent who had just caught a rebellious teen sneaking back in from a wild party.

“Yes, it was good.” I said simply about to walk past him and go to my bunk, “But it oddly felt like we were being watched...” I told him shooting him a suspicious look.

“Don’t look at me, I didn’t have the time to follow you all around because I was here comforting a friend who could have used having someone here she could relate to! You were right, she wont talk either but you understand and you could have helped her!” He said, running a troubled and annoyed hand through his hair.

“What would she have gained from having me there to make everything more awkward? You guys were having your moment and I doubt she wanted a stranger in the middle of it.” I said in my defense.

“How would you know? You didn’t even say anything before ditching us to go cuddle up with Victor.” He said looking looking out the window and away from me in frustration. This made me laugh,

“It was better then staying here with you and your crying ex.” This shocked him,

   “How did you know that?”

“Victor, he knows pretty much everything unlike you because if you did you’d know were only friends and being petty and jealous about seeing us earlier with his arm around me is silly.” He was taken aback by this and was thoughtful for a moment. I knew I had hit the nail on the head with this one. He sighed,

“I just thought it would help her to be able to talk to you, I was annoyed when I saw you had run off without so much as a note.”

“Oh I did leave a note, you just haven't found it yet.” I said smugly, thinking about the note I wrote in the stickies app on his phone. He shot me a quizzical and confused look, I only laughed. “Where is she now?” I asked, hoping I could smooth this over by seeing her for a few minuets then I could go to bed.

“Sleeping, in your bunk.” He smiled sweetly. I laughed again,

“Oh hun if you think that bothers me your sadly mistaken. I’m quite accustomed to sleeping on the floor after living with James for a month.” I said snatching a pillow off the couch and laying down under the kitchen table. I always slept under tables when I was on the floor, I liked the cave like feeling. I could feel his disappointment at this new knowledge from across the room. I cant believe that boy thought he had out smarted me in someway by giving my bunk away... or back technically.

“So what did you guys do today?” He asked trying to act cool and flipping through a magazine.

“We shopped, ate, scared little kids in the costume store, you know, normal mall stuff.” He didn’t show any emotion to this, just nodded so I decided I needed to mess with him a little. “I tried on some cloths at Spencers too, Victor said I looked great in everything and he bought me some stuff for next time I stay with him.” This definitely caught his attention but he tried not to show it. Cause I’m sure there was definitely something in playboy that pissed him off so much he glared at the page and crumpled it. I laughed silently to myself, it was mean of me to tease him like that but it was so funny. The more I thought about it I really shouldn’t have said it for Victor’s sake, I was painting a huge target on his back but if he was here I’m sure it would have been worth the risk in his mind. I told Daniel we were just friends but he had seen Victor with his arm around me earlier and I just told him I had tried on launderette for him so he probably didn’t believe me now.
