Losing Everyone

Greyson Elliot was running down tunnels, shouting for her... friend?
Super close friend that kissed her once?
She didn't know, and she didn't care. She just needed to find him.

"Stanley!" Eddie shouted.
Eddie had the loudest, most shrilling voice of all of them, so she let him do most of the yelling.

They got to the end of the tunnel and hopped in the sewers, splashing around in the rank water.
"Shit, Grey Water." Eddie gagged.

Grey frowned and hopped in, pushing her feet through the gross sewage.
They kept walking, the only thing illuminating the gross, mold covered walls being their flashlights.

Just in case, Grey pulled out the curved metal pipe from her bag and gripped it tightly.
They heard screams erupt from the end of the tunnel.

"Stanley!!" They screamed.
They hopped and ran towards the yelling, being met with a rusty door.

"No. No!" She yelled, kicking and pulling on the door.
They pushed open the creaky door and ran into a vast, dark room.

"Stanley?" On the other side, lying in the water was his flashlight.
They ran to it, picking it up and scanning the room.

Across from them laid their friend, being pinned by some deformed, devil woman.
Grey recognized it from the Temple.
It was the woman in the painting.

That's what Stan didn't want at look at while they were there.
The woman looked up at them, it's horribly alien like mouth sucking the blood from Stanley's face.

Grey growled, all the anger returning and building up inside of her.
She screamed animalistically, like Ben did they day of the rock war, and ran to the woman.

She swung her metal pipe back and whacked her in the side of the head, knocking her off of Stanley.
He gasped, blood running from his nose and from the bite wounds all around his face.

Grey swung her pipe back up to hit the monster, but it merely screamed at her.
As if it were Black Canary, the force of the sound blew her back 10 feet, like a punch to the stomach.

Or it might have just hit her.
It was getting hard to see out of the eye Henry hit her in.

Her back hit the ground and she slid through the disgusting water, as her friends screamed at the retreating monster.

Just as it reared the corner, it looked back at them.
It wore the face of the clown.

Ben helped her up and they ran to Stanley, who sat up screaming and crying.
He screamed and backed away from them, blood running down his face.

"You left me!!" He cried. "You took me to Neibolt, you guys aren't my friends."
Grey cried and hugged the boy, hurt to see him so scared and pained.

"We're so sorry Stanley." She whimpered, not letting him go even when he resisted.
She let him cry into her shoulder, even if her brand new jacket was getting covered in blood and monster saliva.

She was relieved to see him here and alive, even if he was hurt.
She don't know what'd she do if he didn't-

"Bill!" Eddie shouted.
She let go of Stan and looked up.
She spotted his shadow, running down the next tunnel over.

"Bill, come on man." She sighed, standing up and pulling Stanley up by his hand.
He grabbed her and hugged her again, tighter than before.

She smiled but pat his shoulder, "Stan, we need to go get Bill."
He sniffled and let her go.
