Through the Years

Chapter 24

The five boys sat around Zayn's computer staring at the One Direction account.

"Why don't we put we're back. It's short and simple." Niall said.

"That's stupid Niall, we need something more catchy. We need a long paragraph."  Liam said.

"What about this?" Louis said "Hello we are One Direction, We have stayed up all night thinking about what to write, constantly changing our mind, writing a post over and over again. But right now we have something great to tell you guys, our fans. One Direction are getting back together, we've had a lot of history but you and I (the fans) have been together for so long now and you've always stuck by us. So we wanted to do something special for you. Watch this space for more information on our upcoming tour, signing off Harry, , Louis, Liam, Niall and Zayn x."

"Wait a second, aren't some of those are songs?" Liam asked.

"Yeah, I just thought only true fans would pick out the songs and it would make them smile." Louis said.

"It's perfect." Zayn said.

"I love it." Liam said.

"I agree that's brilliant." Niall said.

Harry squeezed Louis hand and nodded smiling.

The boys posted the tweet and smiled watching the comments come flooding in. This was the moment they had been waiting for.

They celebrated with drinks and music, dancing around Zayn's living room. Gigi had taken Theo to see his grandma hadid so Zayn and the boys had the house to themselves for the night.

The boys passed out in the early hours of the morning. They were all dreaming peacefully all except Louis.

He was standing in the hallway looking in the mirror smiling to himself but then that smile turned dark and cold. He held the knife up to his head and started laughing hysterically.

"Kill yourself. And be happy when you do it." The image in the mirror whispered with a dark sinister voice.

"Ring a ring o' roses A pocketful of posies a-tishoo, a-tishoo We all fall down." Louis sang on repeat. Until it went silent and the knife he was holding went into his chest.

"Louis wake up."

"For fuck sake Louis wake up!"

Louis rubbed his eyes and frantically moved his hand to his stomach he looked down and saw his hand was covered in blood.

"I'm bleeding, oh my god I'm bleeding."  Louis screamed.

Harry pulled Louis into a hug and stroked his hair "you're not bleeding Louis it's just a hallucination. It's going to be okay."

Louis looked at Harry and started crying "it was so real.  I don't know." Louis sobbed,  holding onto Harry tightly.

"Is he okay?" Liam asked rubbing his eyes being woken up by Louis screams.

"That was terrifying." Niall sobbed.

"Oh my god, is he alright, does this happen a lot?" Zayn asked.

"Sometimes. It's the voices inside his head. Sometimes they get to him. They tell him to do things." Harry said taking Louis who was now sleeping and laying him on the sofa and sitting down next to him, stoking his hair.

"What even happened, like how can he hallucinate that?" Zayn asked hugging a crying Niall.

" I don't really understand it myself but people say hallucinations are people's secrets coming to the surface, secrets they want to stay hidden but they can't. They don't understand them but they seem so real and they believe it. Sometimes they can't tell the difference between their hallucinations and reality. I don't know what happened back there and I'm sorry you had to witness one. He has them every now and then."

"How do you get him out of one?" Liam asked.

"Me, I get him out of one, I'm his saviour, the reason for his happiness, i'm the key to everything." Harry whispered looking down at Louis.

"He must really love you, but you don't have to go through this alone Harry it must be hard on you." Zayn said.

"We're always here for you." Niall said through broken tears.

"Thank you, I know that but you'll never understand. He needs me and I need him, I just want him to come back to me and every day is progress. My Louis Tomlinson will come back to me soon and until then I'll be there guiding him home, being his angel guiding him through the darkness." Harry whispered.

They met, they fell in love and everything changed. They were torn apart and feared of never meeting again, but they reunited once more and now they are testing their love all over again.

One fighting the demons inside his head, the other being the reason for the others existence.

This isn't just a love story of two boys it's much more than that it's how they saved each other on many different occasions, how they would do anything just to be together. How they are madly in love with each other and forever will be.

Okay my lovelies, this was kind of a random chapter, sorry it's short and weird. I guess I wanted to do a hallucination because Louis is still ill and he hasn't had one in a while. So there is literally one chapter left and that's it.
