Jimin's pov

I was laying on my bed on my back looking at the ceiling. I replay what happened earlier in my head again and again trying to understand what happened.

Jackson was no help the whole drive to his house he complain and whine about Maze and Tracey. Jackson was just not use to women who doesn't throw themselves at him.

I was mad at him the way he talk to her upset me and he promise me to apology next time we saw her maybe a part of me hope they will not see each other again.

Everything was fine Maze came beautiful as ever we talk, it was a weird conversation but still we were fine until Jackson come and messed up everything.
I sigh desperate by this.

I take my phone and go through my contact list i stop at Maze's name.

Do i call her?

I look at the time it's not midnight.

maybe she doesn't sleep yet

I take a breath suddenly feeling nervous what if she don't pick-up her phone ?

Maybe she's mad at me i remember her look before leaving.
Without realising i click on her name and wait for her to respond.

I don't usually call her we just text im not the type Who call people.

"Hello?"

I heard her voice and quickly put the phone on my ear.

"Hey, Maze it's me Jimin"

I said.

"I know Jimin, i see your name on the screen"

I said to myself

"What ?"

She said i frown did i said that out loud.

"Sorry, i was talking to myself"

I said quickly she hmmm in response.

"Maze are you mad at me ?"

I ask hesitant. I heard her sigh.

"No Jimin im not mad at you"

"Then what is it ?"

"I don't know. You tell me "

"Me?"

"Yeah, i feel you were a bit distant with me "

I shut my eyes she sound sad.

"Im sorry Maze, i just have a lot in mind lately but seeing you today makes me happy i just whish we were just together alone"

Silence it's all i hear.

Did i say something wrong ?

"Maze?"

I said.

"Yeah im still here"

I smile.

"Actually... i was happy to see you again Jimin "

She said.

"Why did you want to see me alone ?"

She ask. She caught me completely off-guard by her question.

"Hum... to talk you know just you and me to catch up as friends"

I said.

"Friends ?"
