It was getting late in the afternoon and the officers from the first watch of the 21st district were headed home, as the officers from the second watch came in, but upstairs of the 21st district the intelligence unit were still hard at work trying to look for their missing detective. "Sarge, I got something," Kevin says looking at something on his computer. The rest of the intelligence team immediately turn to look at Kevin, then he looks up and says, "I got an address that is linked to Andre Walker, it's an old warehouse." Without any hesitation the intelligence team along with Agents Spencer and Erin made their way downstairs to go to the old warehouse.

After a while, everyone arrived in front of a warehouse that was starting to slowly decay. They all geared up and went to their positions. Sgt. Voight didn't wait for anyone to say anything as he kicked the decaying door in. The team got inside and they saw a bunch of piled up boxes, but once they passed the boxes, the scene they saw in front of them was horrifying. There were a lot of bodies just lying on the ground, lifeless with blood all over them. The immediate thought that came into Sgt. Voight's mind was that someone was trying to get rid of loose ends, and he knew that Hailey will not be among these bodies, but as for Jay when he looked around the warehouse, he could only question himself with his worries, was Hailey one of these bodies? Was he too late?

Erin was watching Jay, and she could see how worried he was but she didn't think that it was her place to approach and reassure him, because maybe when she left him, his trust in her might have left him too. She watches as Kim slowly walks up to Jay, and she slowly places a hand on his back.

"She's not going to be here, Jay," Jay heard Kim as he felt her hand on his back. All he was doing was blame himself for losing Hailey, and every thought that came into his mind was as bad as they could be. He started walking towards the bodies, and as he looked at the first few ones, his hopes slowly grew, maybe Hailey wasn't here after all, maybe she was somewhere else, or maybe she was dead somewhere else. Jay stopped in his tracks as his thoughts went from positive to the worst it could be.

The warehouse became a crime scene and the intelligence unit were outside, they looked through all the bodies themselves and they also checked the surrounding of the warehouse, not a single clue leads them to think that Hailey was ever there, which was a good sign, but as they were headed back to the district, they all started to feel hopeless that they still haven't found their missing friend. The ride back to the district was terrible for everyone especially for Jay, who had nothing but negative thoughts in his mind. He knows that he should think positive, that he should be hopeful that they will find Hailey but he couldn't help it, the negative thoughts in his mind were all caused by him blaming himself, starting with the day Hailey was taken from the food court, then it went back to the moment when Hailey found out about him and Camila, then it went to him getting shot twice which he knew affected Hailey so much. As his car neared the district his thoughts turned into regrets; for the past few years, as he kept doing reckless things trying to fill a hole inside of him, he has placed Hailey in a position where she had to pick up all his broken pieces, fix all his mistakes but instead of leaving or replacing him, Hailey stayed and helped him get through what he was going through and he never even thanked her for what she did for him or apologize for his recklessness.
